Made an appointment to have a car stereo installed. I gave the guy in the auto department all the details of my car. When I arrived two weeks later the installers said they didn’t have an installation kit in stock and couldn’t perform the install. I live 30 miles away and drove into town for this only so my time was completely wasted. I decided to talk to the manager, not to yell or be rude, but because I thought he would want to know what happened and look for ways to make sure that doesn’t happen again. Rather than wanting to improve on the customer experience at his Best Buy he was dismissive of me. He offered no apologies and wouldn’t even admit that there was any problem. He was also very argumentative with me and when I finally got fed up and decided to just leave he snidely call out«Have a wonderful day» to me. He doesn’t seem to care too much about the customers. Not having the parts to do my install cost them a sale but Brian the manager cost Best Buy a customer.

I only shop here if something is on sale, or I need it immediately and can’t wait for an online retailer. The staff are hit or miss. Either not available or all up in your business. When I do need help and get it, I either get talked at, or down to. Sometimes they know exactly what you’re looking for but for the most part have no idea what you’re looking for, its location and need to ask or look it up in the computer.

After spending thousands of dollars, defective sound bar(part of the entertainment package my parents bought) continues to fail after repair. Store will only spew«you didn’t buy manufacturers’ warranty» crap. You sold it — honor it. Either help your consumer or tick off everyone else who hasn’t figured out Best Buy sucks yet. This a company destined to fail and deserving of failure.

I was I could come here more often but ’tis okay. Depending on the time you come to this location, either there is an onslaught of people willing to help you, or what feels like one person staffing the entire store. The folks in the computer department are very helpful AND knowledgeable! Some of them are self-proclaimed computer nerds, so I try to seek them out when I have questions. My last visit took awhile, but the man that helped me knew his ish and I had that much more computer knowledge by the time I Ieft! Lol. I usually am successful in finding what I want at this location and do not leave empty handed if I am on a purchase mission.

I know it’s Christmas but for gods sake hire some more employees! I stopped in to buy a Garmin that is on Sale for a gift and it’s locked behind a glass! Asked 2 people in blue to come unlock the all important Garmin Case but no luck! Who the hell needs a Garmin that bad that they would steal it? Doesn’t everyone have a smart phone? I have had 3 Reps come my way only to be grabbed by another customer before they got here! Fuck this!

Hope they can stay in business with everything they sell available on line for less $$$. It is a nice place to look at things before you purchase electronics on line.
