Placing my order online was quick and easy. The email communication from Charles The Florist was fantastic. I got order confirmatuon, a picture of the arrangement that was about to be delivered, and a notice of delivery! The flowers looked beautiful, and the recipient was pleased. It was a great value and plan on contacting them about doing the floral arrangements for my upcoming wedding!

Ordered flowers online since I live out of state. They didn’t have what I had originally wanted so called and made up an AMAZING substitute that fit the purple butterfly theme I wanted. I was super pleased with the awesome customer service and my sister said it was beautiful!

I ordered these flowers for my best friends 30^th birthday. I ordered them for same day delivery because I live in Oregon. They showed up on time and they were probably the most accurate/close to the advertised pictures that I have seen! I submitted the pictures for you to see the advertised and the delivered! I wish they had a chain and I could use them for other locations! Oh! And when my friend wasn’t home, they called and asked if it was okay to leave them with the neighbor! That’s over and beyond customer service! Great job!

I must give the credit where the credit is due. In summary — I had a dear friend pass away unexpectedly a short while ago. While grieving, I had let the ordering of a floral arrangement for the memorial slip through the cracks. The same day and within hours of the service, they guided me through a range of options, and delivered my selection to the venue. At a fair price, they’d proven themselves to be very helpful and delivered the product… a quality one at that. That’s solid business 101. Thank you guys.

I needed to get a same-day flower delivery to my aunt but it was rather late in the day (almost 2:00 p.m.). I live in Europe and I didn’t know any local florists in the Fox Cities. I chose Charles the Florist based solely on the fact that they could get the delivery out that same day. So I placed an order on their website. I couldn’t be more pleased with their prompt service and quality flowers. My aunt emailed me to say, «I have never seen such beautiful pink roses and white lilies. They are two of my favorite flowers. I set the arrangement on my coffee table in the living room so I can admire it often. The wonderful fragrance fills the room.»
In my experience, this florist is top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for flower delivery.

I live in Chicago, but a close friend of mine was admitted to the ICU at St. Elizabeth’s in Appleton suddenly. It was Valentine’s weekend and I was having a hard time finding someone who could quickly, (as in «same day»), deliver a food basket to the ICU waiting room for her family who were all there to support her. Charles the Florist went out that day, bought supplies to make the food basket and delivered it that afternoon. I received an email from the recipients who said that the basket what amazing and was being enjoyed by all. Thank you, Charles the Florist, for helping me bless my friends in this way. I highly recommend this florist. Their customer service is outstanding. They went way above and beyond.
