Copps

Copps HOT BAR you saved me! While I was staying in the area I went to Copps at least 1 – 2 times a day. Since I didn’t have the time or patients to cook for myself while out of town I relied on the salad and hot bar that they provided. The salad options were pretty normal except when it came to dressings. Each time I went it seemed like there was only 2 or three provided options unless you purchased a tiny package of salad dressing.
As far as the hot bar is concerned when you go you have to make the nastiest, biggest, heaviest tray of nonsense you can handle — or at least that was the goal for me and another comedian. There is no better joy than to wade into a warm Styrofoam container covered in a thick layer of gravy like a contestant on Double Dare in a pool of mush digging for prizes. One night our prize was tater-​tots! Didn’t even actually drop tots in the container — but you know what? They were there… and welcomed. Was the food delicious? No Do you feel like the greatest person making 2 daily meals out of the food? Not even close Will I do it every time I perform in Appleton? You damn right!
