So, I’m pretty sure this place has closed down or the name has changed or something, but I wanted to review it anyway because I could be mistaken in that. My boyfriend and I came here after Country U.S.A. because we were STARVING and it was the only place open. The pancakes taste better at 3AM than they actually are. But it is SUPER affordable and you really can’t beat the fact that it’s open 24⁄7. You shouldn’t expect gourmet food available at that hour, right? My boyfriend told me that once he got super sick after eating here and that he still feels a little ill the few times he’s been there since. I felt totally fine after eating the pancakes and found them to be decent.

small restaurant with good food. The price is great. I ordered Steak Dinner for $ 7.95. The steak is great and comes with fries(or mashed potato) and vegetable(corn or green beans).

I unfortunately ate here with a group of people because it was one of the few restaurants open past midnight. The next day I came down with food poisoning(tracing back what I ate, there’s nothing else it could have possibly been) and it was one of the most horrendous experiences of my life. Ended up in the ER, hundreds of dollars of medical bills, lost wages, and I was just downright miserable. You’re better off starving than eating here.

So many late night drunken 4th meals here. Also a few breakfasts after sleeping in until 2pm. During my Lawrence days this was my diner. This place is the Midwest version of the Waffle House. As a chain it’s pretty consistent anywhere you go. Same type of cliental, waitstaff and ambiance. The burgers are money. Also make sure to order cheese on top of your hash browns. Stick to that and you’re set!
