If it were possible to give this place zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I drove from Kansas for the Green Bay game on 12÷13÷15. This was the only place that had a room available about two weeks out. From the pics online it didn’t look too bad, unfortunately when we arrived it was a different story. The outside of the hotel was in disrepair. The lobby looked okay, but the rooms were another story. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-​smoking room. There were black stains all over the carpet, there were stains on the walls. The tub was dirty. The beds were so uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. The furniture looked as though it came from the side of the road. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut and had an area that looked like someone had punched it in. To top all of it off we both took cold showers the morning of check-​out. Breakfast was like any hotel breakfast, nothing outstanding. We will not be staying here again, if we could get a refund we would. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Do I even have to give this place 1 star? Place looked like a dump when I drove up. Traveled all the way from TX for the game and they didn’t have my name on the reservations list, I even had a confirmation #. The front desk clerk didn’t even offer me an apology or anything. Needless to say, I had to find another place to stay. Do you know how hard it is to find a room near Green Bay on a game day in that short of notice? Anyhow, I found a great room at Quality Inn and Suites for the same price as this place and it was way nicer! Glad I didn’t stay in this dump! Will never reserve here again.

They have cleaned the place up, but there are still some problems. The beds are okay, the vending machines are full, and they even have a laundry room. The breakfast was like any other hotel, and the employees were nice. Now the bad parts: the hot tub was shut down, the rooms had some wear, and the WORSE PART: my room was near the entrance of the hotel. EVERY TIME someone entered or exited the hotel, I would hear a DING DONG. It kept me up for at least an hour. Still, not a bad place to stay for the price.

Disgusting. When I walked into the room I thought I was in the twilight zone. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The place stunk so bad. The walls were filthy. There was dried blood on the light switch. The tub was dirty. There were no screens on the windows so I couldnt air it out a bit. There were spider webs all over the ceilings and corners. I complained to the front desk but they wouldn’t give a refund. I ended up staying there for about a half hour then fled. You’d have to pay ME to stay there again. Just a dump.

I am staying at this hotel, unfortunately, something unexpectedly came up and I needed to check out earlier than planned. I contacted Expedia whom I made this reservation they asked me to contact the front desk I spoke with rep who called the owner/​manager Oshawn (not sure of spelling) and was told that my credit card would be billed for the full amt regardless if I stayed or not. I asked if there was someone Else i can speak with front desk person said no. If you plan on staying at this hotel beware as they will not work with you especially if you book through Expedia. I travel a lot and will never ever ever stay at this hotel!!! As far as a star rating NONE!
