Macy’s

I love Macy’s. It is a place I really enjoy shopping in. I picked up some fun tights. Super nice people in the store. It’s awesome

Terrible service! Took family that was visiting from out of town to shop here and we might as well have went to Wal-​Mart.
Picked up a jacket in the women’s department that was marked on sale and after finally finding someone to ring us up, it came up the wrong price. The rude clerk told us we could go and ask someone in the department where the item came from. Really? We are IN the women’s department you can’t be bothered to help us? There was no one else even in line behind us! After I complained she be grudgingly went and looked only to return with a fake smile on her face to tell us we were wrong and it was «not» on sale.
Because we really wanted it, we ended up purchasing it anyway along with several other items. After we walked away from this clerk we returned to the rack where we originally found the jacket. There were at least 15 of the same jacket along with a sign that said 40% off. I track down another clerk named Kaitlyn and explain to her that we just purchased this jacket and it didn’t ring up on sale. She was just as friendly and helpful as the earlier person that we dealt with. Her attitude of indifference toward us was unacceptable. In the end we ended up getting the jacket on sale but with so many other options of places to spend my money you can be sure I will not return.

I make a beeline for the Clinique counter when I come here. Usually the ladies (and guy) there are polite and helpful!
As far as the clothing goes, the selection is surprisingly limited and rather dull for a Macy’s. And, only here and there will an employee greet you when you are wandering around.
