Not that you have a choice in what random radiologist does your son’s x-​ray when he breaks his leg, but when you pay that doctor for their service you expect everything to go smoothly. Not with this organization. I was referred to a collection agency by them on an account that has been paid for over four months. Try to call the collection agency as the charge was disputed, they say Radiology Associates confirmed the charge. Try to call Radiology Associates, they admit to me not having a balance but won’t clear the record with the collection agency.
I’ve also referred them and the collection agency to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (
).
