One of the major sales pitches this company makes is their ‘lifetime warranty’. I own a Rainbow play system which is 4 – 5 years old. Although we generally like the play-set, it recently started falling apart. In contacting this store I was told they’d fix it — for a fee. Yes apparently the ‘lifetime warranty’ covers parts not labor. Interestingly they can charge whatever they want for the labor. Keep in mind that this was not weather related. There were simply screws falling out. I guess my advice would be to find a less expensive play-set you like instead of Rainbow. Rainbow’s pitch about ‘quality’ and their ‘lifetime warranty’ is worthless.
