Awesome job on my acrylics done by Sheila. Had a negative experience with Michael a while back and I was glad to hear he is no longer with the business. Sheila did a much better job, and was so much more pleasant!

Super cute place! I got a pedicure a few days ago which was my first time here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got the honey sugar pedi and it was worth the few extra bucks! They really took their time and did a great job. I will definitely go back to Sunrise!

Clean setting, friendly staff, excellent services! Plus they always manage to fit me in even if I don’t have an appointment. This is my favorite local spot for mani/​pedis.

Kenny and the other staff members are very courteous, welcoming, and professional. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. I am always happy with my nails and the reasonable pricing. Best place to go in the area.

Hate to write a negative review, but I think it’s important to know that they will absolutely not refund your money no matter the circumstances and when trying to correct their mistakes– they are unable to do so.
The technician had to reapply a very simple sheer nail polish twice. After leaving and seeing the paint job in the light of day I was even more horrified. Returned 30 minutes later to ask for a refund. I did not trust them to try to correct the polish for a third time as I did have other things to do today and could not waste anymore of my time there. They said I could come back tomorrow, but I am only in town visiting and need to catch a flight back home.
Yes, I am down $ 15 bucks, but mostly I am disappointed and frustrated at this establishments inflexibility. Please note that the technicians were very kind and wanting to accommodate, but the owner refused to budge. Or to accept responsibility for his employees’ sloppy work.
Good luck out there everybody! Just advising that I’d skip this salon if I were you…

First rule of customer service, do not comment on person’s appearance. I sit down and thats the first thing out of the man’s mouth. I found it very rude and almost walked out. Then proceeds to take off my acrylic nails without soaking them to make them softer– literally rips them and part of my real nail off-​ouch! Then when picking out a shellac color he says I can’t do a nude color and I should do something bright. The entire experience was terrible, felt very offended and like he was annoyed the entire time. Will NOT go back

First time client and I was a walk in, but they didn’t go out of their way to make me feeling they wanted my busy again. They didn’t do a great job, had a design put on and it was not to impressive. They did file on one spot to make my finger sore.

Very nice, clean nail salon. Really nice comfortable chairs. Michael took care of my mani/​pedi and he did a great job. Very friendly people, nice selection of colors. They do things a little differently, instead of standing in front of a wall of colors, they have samples in a binder. Wasn’t sure if I liked that at first but actually it’s pretty nice. They group them together by color or type (reds, pinks, blues, neons, sparkly etc.) and you get a better idea of how it will actually look on your nails. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I’m in Appleton!

I only review places if I am absolutely in love with them, have had an exceptionally great experience, or hate it so much I want the whole internet to know. LUCKILY this place was in the category of: so good I want to scream it to the rooftops. Kenny does a flawless job on my nails. I’m so glad I found him. And the prices aren’t cringe worthy at all.

I love this place! The staff is friendly, professional, and does a great job. They always are kind about fitting me in even when I show up as a walk-​in. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and extremely clean. The chairs are comfortable, too! I am a nail biter and they somehow make my nails look beautiful every time! I’ve been to many nail salons in the Fox Cities and Sunrise really stands out from the rest.

In the area for work. And came over here to get pedicure. I travel all over. From east
coast to west coast. This by far was the best full pedicure I have ever had.
Just wish they were closer to home.

I came in tonight for a gel French tip manicure and a pedicure. The ladies did a really great job, and were very thorough. If I were to find myself in town again, I would definitely come back.

Friendly and awesome staff. Quiet and relaxing. They have their nail colors in a book which makes it easier to really see the color and choose one. I haven’t been disappointed in any of my services
