Went in there for the first time today and they were super friendly. They didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing much about photography and they weren’t pushy.

I wouldn’t even give this place a star, but I have to. I use to go here regularly. Than the owner told me my small order and I wasn’t important when I was trying to ask questions about when his broken machine would be up and running. I had to get a picture printed and in the mail A.S.A.P. The Chicago Police Department was trying to charge me with a $ 150 dollar parking ticket that I felt was erroneous. The picture was proof and I won. They drop the ticket. I had spent a lot of money on pictures and other products Valley Camera offers. The owner had seen me many times. He is always there. I can’t believe a small business man would treat customers like that.
