I brought in a painting to be scanned and the person I talked to quoted $ 100 for the job.
When I came in to pick up the digitized file, that same person gave me an invoice for $ 150. When I reminded him that he quoted $ 100 for the job, he said he mis-​spoke. We could not come to an agreement.
