It’s a great enviroment for working out, and really convenient if you are a student. It’s very clean, and very welcoming.

This place is located on a community college campus, however if you are a student and think this could be the place to burn off some steam say… on a treadmill at your own convenience, you’re wrong. They don’t have drop in times. The money isn’t worth it. I want to be able to walk in and use the equipment, whenever I want. Run outside, it’s free and you won’t be putting your money into a place that doesn’t cater to you. Cabrillo is selling it’s soul.

I really enjoyed going to this gym since it was on campus. Unfortunately, i felt it was NOT worth what i payed every month… a lot of the time i would go it was limited what equipment i could use due to the frequent classes they held where the yoga matts and weights were… i mean thats awesome for the classes! they looked helpful to those in it but how is it fair that there are restrictions to the rest of the people paying for the gym? Anyways, aside from that i loved how it was always empty. However i would feel uncomfortable with the workers with the exception of one male who would usually work mornings. The other always looked as if you annoyed them when asking a simple question. After a year i decided i could invest in an actual gym. When going to terminate my membership it seemed like it was offensive to the workers that i wanted to no longer keep my membership. The man at the front looked annoyed and gave attitude then along came another female that i guess was the manager and told me in the worst tone of voice that they needed a 30 day notice i was not aware of this so i was just asking a few more questions and just got some eye rolls. at the end i thanked them for not charging me since i didnt give a notice and got ignored and the man moved on to the next person in line… i asked«is that it?» and he nodded looking completely annoyed. i acted calm but that was really uncalled for. p.s i find it awkward and unnecessary to hold physical therapy sessions in the middle of the gym!!! YOU’REWELCOME :) #GOLDS

I really love Precision Wellness center for my regular personal fitness use. My favorite part is that it is never over crowded like all of the other fitness centers in the area. The fitness equipment is all top of the line(in my book) and new. The facility is also very clean and doesn’t get muggy and hot when it’s busy.

I was thinking about checking out CrossFit gyms in the area and noticed that the gym on the Cabrillo College Campus had a cross training program. I was told the class was developed by physical therapists and«state-of-the-art movement correction» so I was curious. I tried a class and I must say it was not what I expected– but in a good way. There were 4 other people in the class and the trainer corrected everyone to make sure we had the right form. Kettlebells, Ropes, Strength training, quick high intensity circuits, drills that reminded me of football back in the day– Cross Training left me sweaty and winded. man I feel out of shape but I’m coming back for more. Nice girl at the front set me up with a trial class. So many fitness machines in here too and huuuuge workout room, honestly was kinda shocked this was on campus this whole time and I didn’t know. Also stoked I could shower before heading out to dinner– Ask for the student discount if you have an ID.

I just had my first appointment at Precision Wellness and it was so helpful. I learned more in an hour with Chris, than in all my other PT appts last year combined. I was provided with feedback on exactly on what I could work on at home. I left my appointment feeling better and more in control. Thank you so much Precision Wellness and Chris.
