Sira is a real go getter! She won’t give up until you find your perfect home. I thought we weren’t going to find the right home for us, but Sira stayed positive and even took us to see homes on Thanksgiving weekend, which as it turned out, was when we found our new home. She helped us through the entire buying process and is still helping us after closing to find the right service people to work on a few things in our home. If you are fortunate enough to work with Sira, you will surely find your dream home.

We recently worked with Sira Taylor on the sale of a rental property in Santa Cruz. We selected her to represent us, over the other agents that we interviewed, because she appeared resourceful, honest and committed to selling the house for us.
What we discovered while working with her is that Sira is all those things, and more. She was able to give us great guidance on remodeling the house to best position it for sale. When we were in sale negotiations, she proved her ability to offer highly creative solutions to complicated problems. She was willing to listen when we disagreed with her advice. Because we lived 90 minutes away from the house, she went out of her way to make things easier for us so we did not have to make the commute to handle minor details.
In the end, we sold the house for an amount above the list price. We highly recommend Sira as a realtor!

Sira helped us buy our first home. We had a strict timeline becuase we were expecting a child. Immediately, Sira found a wonderful place, which was perfect for us. I think it was the 4th place we looked at. Our finances were quite complicated, and if it was not for Sira’s persistence, I’m sure the purchase would have fallen through. Given our mortgage situation, we did not attempt any negotiations. We were remote, and Sira did a great job of sorting out local issues for us. In the end, purchase happened ahead of schedule, and for the estimated price. We were completly satisfied with Sira, and can’t wait to upgrade to our second home with her.

We began our first house hunting a few months ago. The first thing we learned was that at each open house, we would be asked the question, «Are you working with anyone?» Not to mention the numerous referrals from friends who would recommend agents that they knew. While we met a lot of nice agents, and even received a gift from one of them, there was no spark until the day we met Sira. We were immediately greeted with kindness and warmth. Within moments, we realized we were also speaking to an agent with intelligence and experience. It just felt right.
The process is ongoing (it’s not always easy folks!) Despite many hurdles, Sira marches on and doesn’t give up.
