Jeff at TechOnIt solved a complex corporate email issue where we had users hosted on several different servers. Jeff was able to break down the problem, facilitate the move, and consolidate our employee email with little downtime and zero lost data. He also setup and implement MS Office 365 Office and Exchange for my business. He is almost always available and just answered an email question in less than 5 minutes. I wouldn’t dream of running my business without him. I could go on and on, but will summarize by saying: Great service!!!

Jeff with TechOnit is Awesome! I am so excited about all the improvements i am making with my business and new technology with the wonderful help of Jeff. He helps you and then shows you how you can do yourself in future. He helps with the hard stuff and then lets you do the cool intuitive stuff. I am so excited about the log me in that I have finally learned and have an account for. I can access everything from home. Jeff is really quick to respond to questions and helps keep things rolling instead of tech roadblocks. He even responds to questions when he is on vacation — sorry:) He is really nice too. These people are TRUE computer geniuses (geniusi?). I used 4 or 5 computer repair places for my business – always something not working and they couldn’t figure it out and they couldn’t fix it – AND THEN I found TechOnIt. Since they have been the IT for all my machines, I have had complete peace of mind AND computers and networks that are in good working order. I don’t worry about a thing, if something goes wrong they fix it, and I’m always connected.
