Went here after my mom lost her phone. Benjamin was very helpful and we were able to get the new phone shipped with minimum hassle. Will likely be back to upgrade my wife’s phone.

Avoid this third party store at all costs!!! Went in to upgrade a phone and from the start felt like I was being conned. I called customer service before I went in to get an idea of what to expect and the store employees told me something completely different. Told me I had to get a tablet and buy accessories to upgrade because of the bundle whatever that means. The DM for the store was an even bigger joke, last name was Y’Odell or something was trying to get me to add lines when all I wanted was an upgrade. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store you’ll get way better service, customer experience and overall satisfaction. Stay away from this house of used car salesman and con artists.

Under new management apparently. The guys in this store are amazing. I had the pleasure of being helped by the store manager. Benjamin was his name. Extremely professional! Got me set up with everything I needed and always makes time for me when I have a question about my service. The first time I went into this store there were different people and I didn’t have a great experience… But WOW! What a turn around this store has made. Amazing g people here.

Ugh. This store is horrible, unprofessional and unpredictable. Never open when you need it. Not even open when the give you an exact time to come back. Empty promises by the uneducated staff. NOT A CORPORATE STORE. Go elsewhere for your Verizon needs.
