This place is AMAZING!!! Love the concept! If you’ve never had Dippin’ Dots, you HAVE to try it. The ice cream tastes delicious and prices are very reasonable(way cheaper than other locations). The employees are nice and helpful, and the free samples they offer make it so easy to pick a flavor(they have a lot to choose from). I will definitely be back to get my ice cream fix the next time I’m at the mall.

Meh. I feel like the only reason why they’re still open is because of the concept… besides that, the ice cream tastes very average. I was always so excited to get this when they first opened but now I feel like I don’t enjoy it as much maybe because I’ve grown up. I would rather eat real ice cream instead of little balls of it. Also, I’d advise against getting the rainbow flavor. Seriously haven’t been here in so long and since my go-to flavor when I was a kid was rainbow, I thought I’d still like it. I think I only liked it as a kid because of the pretty colors otherwise it tasted pretty bad. If you’re going to get something there, get the basic flavors like mint chocolate or cookies n cream since you can’t go wrong there. And don’t be afraid to ask for a sample!

Ice cream is amazing like usual. But the customer service from this tall man is just horrible. He scares me, doesn’t say anything and stares you down.

I can never get tired of dippin’ dots! ! I’m so happy we have this in our mall, since all the other locations I knew about shut down. They have 20 different awesone flavors but I stick with my usual, banana spilt and cookies n cream. Prices are nice and affordable and the employees are very helpful and nice as well! I’ll definetly be coming back.

At the Westfield mall we saw a Dippin Dots store my wife love the their Dippin Dots, we went in and order two root beer floats with Vanilla Dippin Dots. The Root Beer they use is A&W good root beer. I couldn’t wait including my wife she was drewing for the root beer float. I never though adding Root Beer in the dippin dots add a different taste and texture that’s blow my mind away including my wife I think she felt in love it. I was wondering if you add Coke that’s need to be explore and what other sodas you can to dippin dots..

Wow I couldn’t believe my eyes once I saw there was a dippin dots ice cream store that I could go to without having to buy a ticket to enter any amusement park. If this store was closer to me I would come here every night during the summer. Every time I get the larger size cup and I still want more haha. You never can have enough of this delicious ice cream.

Miss this place. My aunt got into a fight with the cashier and refused to go back. So she wouldn’t drive us back. The cashier wanted to charge us too much money. Poor Auntie. But the dots are great! This was years ago so I’m sure the cashier is working somewhere else now… like McDonalds.

I wonder how they make this ice cream??? MMMMMMMM So went there awhile ago with my gf and i told her there is a ice cream that has the texture of the pallet from a BB gun. She was like WTF??? LOLOL This place is located at the Santa Anita Mall(first floor, right next to this nail salon place) We went there and she was like WAAAAA howww!!! i question the same to myself too… lol anyways we ordered teh orange flavor in the end. The orange one tasted pretty good. the ice is like bunch of rocks in your mouth but then it melts hahha interesting dessert. anyways def should try it out if you haven’t tried this kind of ice cream! Taste: 3.7 Presentation: 4.5(how did they make it!!!) Ambiance: 3.5(not a lot of décor going on) Service: 3.5 Price: 3.8(good price) ~~ Chewie’s Rating: 3.8 Frozen thumb upppP!!!

I love dippin’ dots! I think they should mop their floor every once in a while though.

Who doesn’t love Ice cream? I surely do!!! I went for pricing on party packages and the woman in charge was so nice and helpful. My family first ordered dippin dots then she was able to answer all my questions. It’s inside the Santa Anita Mall, so you can imagine how busy they get. Anyways, It was going to be $ 80 for fifty mini cups, any flavor. Which is a PLUS!!! They also deliver but if you decide to pick-up they will put it in a cooler with dried ice. Thisis a very unique dessert to have at any party. We actually pre-ordered ahead for Father’s Day party that we are hosting!

Seriously? The only really good thing that this place has going for it is the really nice employees. The ice cream though are just a bunch of little balls. BALLS. I mean it tastes just like regular ice cream… just in balls. I guess the high price for the ice cream is people paying for the novelty of it all. Well, for the people trying it for the first time, it might be nice!

Was very excited to see a Dippin’ Dots at the mall. I remember only seeing them at Knott’s Berry Farm. Dippin’t Dots is your average ice cream but in literal dot forms. They let you choose up to three flavors for your cup. The watermelon and banana split are my favorites. Would not come here often because its pretty pricey for just one small cup.

I love me some dippin’ dots. I remember when they used to just have these at theme parks, but I’m glad they have them elsewhere now. I first saw them in August, Georgia before I came back to LA and google mapped them. This place is inside the Westfield Mall and they have a bigger variety than the little carts at Magic Mountain did as well as a bigger size. Or maybe I’m just old and didn’t realize they had bigger sizes. Dippin’ Dots is by far my favorite place to get ice cream. They have the best mint n’ chip. I wish I could get gallons of that ’cause I swear, I could probably eat that. This place is great, the employees are not the friendliest, but who cares? Just gimme my damn ice cream. hahahaha

The employee here, who looks like the owner, is SUCH a grouch! He literally has a permanent scowl on his face and was so stoic when we asked him a simple question. Then, he had the audacity to just lean over and stare down, as we were contemplating whether or not to get an ice cream. Geez, talk about pressure… and the«cold» shoulder — no pun intended!

I remember when theme parks were the only places that had Dippin’ Dots. 5 stars for just being available outside of theme parks(and so close to me!) + giving me no problems with the customer service. Mmm.

I first saw this store in TV on the Travel Channel when they had an episode of the most unique desserts… When we went to the mall today, we actually saw this store. My wife was all excited like she was in Disneyland saying«OOO! OOO! I want some of that». She was giving me that puppy dog face(I hate it when she does that, gets me every time). We browsed the selections and they sell real ice cream also. We picked the chocolate and banana split flavors. The ice cream are extremely frozen pebbles shaped kinda like Nerds candy, but circular shaped First scoop, I put it in my mouth and I felt the explosive taste of the ice cream. Then I suddenly had a brain fart because it was really cold that numbed my tongue(it’s a good thing) and melts in your mouth afterward… The medium sized cup I bought is only $ 4.50 which is enough for two people to share. This invention is a great idea for kids who are messy when they eat…

Most interesting and tasty ice cream! It’s sorta chewy, icey, then it melts into creamy ice cream. I love it best when it’s frozen AND when it’s half melted. I really enjoy it and it’s worth every penny. I have tried ALL their flavors.
