love this taco truck. the chicken, carnitas and asada are my favorite. nothing beats their tacos. every time I try a different«really good» taco truck, it doesn’t beat this place. their quesadillas are also delicious! I really think they have the best tacos ever.

Saw the line last night and decided to stop and try it out. I had the carne asada burrito and it was really good. I will next time try the torta next time. I can see why they had a line. By the way, the rojo and verde salsa were good

OK food, SLOW unfriendly service and $ 20 fast food from a truck for nachos and a burrito! Overpriced and overhyped. Where do these 4 – 5 stars coming from? I rather get del taco with better service AND food.

The tacos, nachos, and champurrado are good. I wish they would have prices listed on their truck. They used to be $ 1.00 and now I am guessing $ 1.50? still a decent price.

Delicious Carne Asada Nachos! The carne asada is well seasoned and it doesn’t have any of that excess fat! The salsa and toppings are all well seasoned and delicious! The nachos are also not greasy which is always a plus! I would definitely recommend coming here!

The Tacos here are decent, a bit on the smalls side but cheap. The green sauce is delicious but beware, it is really spicy. The service is VERY slow. I came on a Friday night at 10:30 and waited 30 minutes for my tacos. Tips: They take phone orders so call ahead 626−442−2751 They have grilled onions if you ask.

Visited the trailer at an event. The tacos are ok. And only 1.25! BUT I couldn’t get anything else, because… seriously…who takes ONLY cash anymore??? Come on! Square

Really good carne asada tacos. They give you grilled onions if you ask for them. My two year old loves their tacos. He keeps asking me for kacos. Lol. I love their green salsa it’s very spicy. If only they opened everyday.

Good food but it doesn’t satisfy late night cravings because they close too early… Carne asada is a bit oily for my taste but other than that it’s good

Frantically looking for a taco truck before an alcohol-fueled party, this was what came up a few blocks away from my friend’s house. What a goldmine. Besides the 20 minute(!) wait, the burritos and salsa were delicious. Mind you, we bought these burritos before going to a big party so we’d have something to immediately munch on afterwards. These burritos held their own for 4 freakin’ hours! I had an asada burrito with everything but no rice and every bite was just packed with flavor. The green salsa was excellent and perfectly spicy, at least for me. If you only have a mild tolerance for spice, I’d avoid it. My buddy had a chicken burrito and she was very satisfied. She worked thru the burrito and salsa like a champ while mouth breathing(spicy!!). I’d recommend avoiding the rice, as it kinda dries up the burrito. Again, if you only have a mild tolerance for spice, avoid using too much of the green salsa. Good shit.

I’m a nacho junkie. Brother came home late one night with the pastor nachos, no beans(just the way I like it) and extra salsa on the side. I told myself no its late… you need to eat healthier, don’t give in… NOPE took one bite and pretty much killed half of it. Got the death stare from the brother cause I ate most of his dinner. SORRY. There was so much flavor from the el pastor, chips are nice and crisp. The green salsa is SOOOOGOOD and has major spice to it. Side of radish and limes to cut the oil, perfect guilt late night cheat meal. They get busy as the night goes on but well worth the wait.

Came here with NH since she was craving nachos. El Taco Taco is a taco truck located on the corner of Live Oak and Mayflower where there is a car wash. I find the location a little odd but I guess it works for them. You can even call for takeout if you don’t want to wait there(which is useful when it’s cold). Their menu consists of tacos, burritos, huaraches, quesadillas, vampiros, mulitas, tortas, Mexican nachos, and happy dogs(I don’t even know what some of these items are!). Cash only of course. We got their Mexican nachos with Carnitas(instead of the usual Carne Asada), with everything minus beans. You can get it either Mild or Spicy… we went with mild(for me) and got hot sauce on the side(for NH). It took a while for us to get our food, and it felt like forever since we were waiting in the cold. But the nachos were cheap considering the portion size, and more importantly they tasted really good. I personally won’t be making a second trip just because I seriously am never in this area(and don’t consider it worth the drive), but I think it’s a decent option for those who are actually in this area and craving Mexican food.

Tried this place out and the Al Pastor is great, the Carne Asada is basic, and their pollo is a bit dry. Had 4 tacos and a quesadilla. Maybe try their cabesa tacos next time in town.
