The description of «woohoo! As good as it gets» is accurate. This was the first-​time that I sold a house and I was really concerned about finding a reliable agent. But Eric saved the day. I knew from the minute I met him that he was trustworthy and very professional. My condo sold for the asking priced in four days! How good is that. Eric helped me through the process and when I got frustrated about the buyers’ demands, he helped me see what was the right response and calmed me down. He is very friendly and pleasant and really knows the market in the Rosemead area. Do not hesitate to work with him. You will not be disappointed.

Eric Tashima is the BEST!!! Have used him in my last 3 real estate ventures from 2004 – 5, 2014 & 2015. Each sale/​purchase couldn’t have gone any better/​smooth. Eric did a terrific job for us when we sold our condo in May-​June 2014. We received offers and counteroffers in such a short time and it sold very quickly. That was what we really wanted — a good price, a good buyer, and a quick closing. All that came about due to Eric’s advice and professionalism. Everything proceeded like clockwork.
