The sales ladies are so nice at the Arcadia Jjill. Especially Lynn, she gave me honest opinion and never pushy. This is my favorite store.

Awful, awful!!! What terrible customer service. I left right after I saw the manager being rude to a couple women who were in asking questions.

Great experience here getting a gift for my mom. The sales ladies were nice and helped pick out the right size and shape based off what I told them.
I will definitely be back for more gifts; the styles are great!

I have been to several J. Jill, and this one is below par. The sale ladies were pushy, not helpful and one told me that I should try on something g since everyone else
Was buying it. They are not good about honoring coupons as other J Jill stores sre, and their return policy is poor. The attitude is if you buy something, you are stuck with it. The only reason I am giving this particular
Store 2 stars is because I like
The clothing line. Find another store or order online. Also, the sales ladies do not tell you that there sizes are not what you would expect and that to get a proper fit, try a size down. Poor customer service all around
