Kan Curtis OD

Today, I called Curtis Kan Optometry simply asking for the cost for an eye examine. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me she that she could not tell me anything about the cost. She asked me how I found out about them and I told her it was from one of their customers. She said, «oh… I can’t remember and don’t know the person.» She should have looked it up. I just wanted to get an idea about the cost. Everyone would want to know that, wouldn’t you think? Before I could ask more, she HUNG UP on me! I then called her again asking why she hung up on me, she HUNG UP on me again! When I called the third time she put it on the voice mail. A lot of people are out of work these days, how could someone like that can still hold a job! If Dr. Curtis ever get to read this review, you need to let her go, she is turning away customers.

I got my contact lens and eye check-​up here. My uncle referred Dr. Kan to me. I have been coming here for a year.
Dr. Kan is friendly, attentive, and responsible. He follows through each patient attentively, making sure that everything is alright. He speaks both Cantonese and English. I speak Cantonese with him. The office accepts VSP plan, so I’ve got a lot of $ saved through the insurance. Great thing is that they open on Sunday too! He also has an office in Chinatown, but they don’t accept VSP. I would highly recommend Dr. Kan as an optometrist!
