Dr. Loomis is now located at 622 W. Duarte Rd. in Arcadia. See my previous review anout his excellent service and demeanor. One interesting item in his joining forces with Dr. Wu is an all digital office.

Office is a bit old and in dire need of an update.
Services were good, did a great job cleaning my teeth.
The problem comes when you get a bill in the mail. This place is incapable of properly charging, never confirmed my benefits, and I ended up paying for the services twice, one in my premium and one in an office bill. Won’t be back. A patient shouldn’t have to stress out for 6 months wondering what is going on with your bill and trying to distinguish charges on an illegible statement.

Dr Loomis is one of the nicest dentists I’ve ever met. He throughly explains everything going on before he proceeds with anything.
As a person who is seriously afraid of Dentists, he did a great job of elating my fears, and dealing with my nerves.
Going to See Dr. Loomis is really a throw back to the good olé days when the dentists actually cared about who you are, and what your needs were, instead of how much insurance coverage you had.
His staff is ever so kind and they did a great job of working with my insurance and have always been excellent at reminding me of when my next appointment is.
