Good pastries but workers were very slow. There was about 5 workers present and they were all taking bakery orders. Only one worker was at the cashier and it seemed like she was in training.

I’m apparently getting harrassment from some employees? They are asking me to die because I was unsatisfied with the way that someone put allergens on my plate after I asked them not to. I certainly hope these trolls and Judy W do not work there.

Came in today to buy a birthday cake. At checkout, I asked the cashier if she could decorate the cake with my nephew’s name for his birthday. She said she couldn’t and asked the cashier next to her if she could. Both couldn’t do it because they were not experienced and apologized because they did not want to make it ugly. That was understandable. She isn’t the cake decorator. However she went to go ask a third person in charge(an older lady) who I assume has experience writing and decorating cakes. This lady straight up said no. So I guess I just bought the cake anyways without the name. The cashier was nice and gave me the«happy birthday» chocolate decoration they have instead. I got the milk cake. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet. Only flaw: Way too much cream. I wish it had more cake. The cake to cream ratio is off.

Wow, looked forward to having my iced green tea latte with bread and find the café disgustingly dirty. Table tops chairs and floors covered in the day befores filth. Outside patio is worse. Oh and nobody has bothered to make my drink so I had to remind them… west covina location is so much better.

Terrible service! The staff never know what they are doing! There were several times that they have gotten my orders wrong! This time I ordered a smoke salmon sandwich… Turned out there was no Salmon in it! I go back And have them redo it… When I returned to pick it up, the outside of the paper box was full of oily figure prints… Looks gooey… Don’t know of o should still eat the sandwiches… Beside that the pastry actually are good… Just they need to hire some good staff…

Great place for something sweet. It’s always pretty clean and refreshing. Unlimited refill on their coffee.

I’ve had cakes and pastries here various times and they are always good, BUT when I pay $ 31 for a small cake and you have mold on a raspberry(mind you I bought it at 1pm and served it by 4pm that same day).it is beyond disappointing. My guests were disgusted and wouldn’t eat the cake. It was so embarrassing, I’ll be going elsewhere next time.

This bakery used to my family’s go to bakery, for everyone’s birthday we’d get a cake from here! But it’s not as good anymore. two times we ordered a cake from here and they offered to write the names on the cake and it turns out to be extremely sloppy and unprofessional writing… and also I’ve watched them when they make the cake with the fruits on them, they don’t even wash the fruits(strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) I really hope this isn’t a common thing for bakeries as I know fruits go bad faster after they are washed. Other than that the pastries are still good but pricey.

Came here at 6pm on a Friday. They were out of a lot of things so I have to dock off stars :/ Chocolate dipped donut with strawberry: 4⁄5 I actually really like this! I wish there was a little more cream, but the strawberry was good and the donut wasn’t greasy at all. I would get this again, but it’s not amazing by any counts. Cream cheese pastry with almond: 3⁄5 Again, wish there was a tad bit more cream cheese because while this was good, it felt a little dry. Would still get this again though! Prices are okay, and this is a generally very clean location. Would come back!

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLESERVICE. I ordered two combos that included with a sandwich and a drink. They didn’t close the caps on both of the drinks. These two drinks continued to spill all over my car and has now forced me to wipe out my trunk. Not only this, but when I asked for a bag, they said they didn’t have any but there were some lying in plain sight right next to the cashier. The employees are inexperienced and absolutely useless. I also noticed many accounts of PDA, this makes me uncomfortable and adds to their reputation of being unprofessional.

they have great baked goods/breads and cakes! their cakes are my favorite! they’re more expensive than your average bakery but they’re so pretty and so light and fluffy. I love the blueberry chiffon and green tea(matcha) chiffon cake. They arent too sweet and i can eat half a cake in one sitting. They also give you free candles(unlike many bakeries nowadays). Very good customer service, i dealt with two gentlemen when ordering my cake and picking it up, both were more than friendly. located in the mall next to cheesecake factory, its pretty convenient. $ 35 for a cake. I will be back for my cake needs.

Always exceptional! Got lunch with my wife and son, picked up a few coffee buns for the next few morning and definitely enjoyed the clam chowder the most! Nice customer service from Matt as well! Definitely becoming a frequent visitor

I loooove bread. You guys already know that ^_^ this place is cute. It has a sitting area inside and outside the store. Maybe because I swing by after 7pm the options were very limited and maybe because of the location the pastry is more expensive than JJ bakery… the comparison is because they are relatively close to each other. Great customer service. The employees are super friendly.

I usually just pick up iced coffee :) and some of cake, most of cake is really good and fresh! But when I try sweet potato. That was bad… I do not know whats wrong about cake. Taste is really dry and crumbling, also they put scrap of bread — that make more worst . Inside of cake for potato is wet?!(not creamy) and inside of bread is not moisture even potato is wet. It might be not good combine. Out side of scrap of bread is make more dry dry dry … But still rest of it — tiramisu cake and strawberry cake is awesome! And try pudding too! It is expensive, but sometimes they deal $ 10.00 for 4 pudding ! ;) Also iced coffee is good enough for drink ! For serve — just fine . I met a guy looks like manager(he was teaching someone) the guy was nice … over reacting for nice ! Haha! He was cute! Anyways like they serves & food :)

I’ve been coming here since they first opened. I’ve had their sandwiches(e.g. ham, tuna salad, smoked salmon etc), pastries, beverages, and even bought whole cakes. A couple years ago, I bought one of those valentine cakes(V-Cake Je t’aime) with the little bear on top($ 21.00). I thought the frosting was too buttery that it really took away from the enjoyment of the actual cake. Overall, my feeling towards Paris Baguette is that it’s «okay», nothing spectacular. Since I work close by, we are at the mall a lot and I’ve never had an urge to pop in and buy anything. Also their pastries are a bit pricey. The most recent time I was here was last week since it was one of our coworker’s birthday. We originally wanted to get her a cupcake, but there aren’t any cupcake places in the mall. We ended up buying her a piece of Chocolate Chiffon Cake which was $ 4.25.(for a PIECE of cake). While I was there I also bought my husband one of those bread things with the sausage inside($ 3.00 ea) which he enjoyed. 138⁄100 Reviews for 2015

Love this little bakery! If you want them fresh you have to go in the morning! They have so much more than towards the night. The cakes are so good! I’ve tried the fresh cream with berries and it has the perfect amount of sweetness! The strawberry and little pastries are so delicious! Things tasty cakes and patties can get a little pricey here, so beware!

Stopped by for some shaved ice with friends and it was delicious! They have so many sweet and savory items in the place, it’s hard not to get carried away. Customer service is nice, place looks great, but the seating areas were filthy. Overal, delicious shaved ice.

Loves the pastries, love the cakes, love the sandwiches, love the smoothies! So many things I love about this place. Been here a couple of times and it’s time that I reviewed this place, totally deserved my praise. Tried a couple of things yesterday and here’s my review: ~ Egg tart is good, best eaten when it’s warm ~ Chocolate croissant is good, one of my favorite ~ Strawberry smoothie is refreshing ~ Crab Sandwich is interesting. Comes with fresh vegetables, crab meat and it taste as if you’re eating sushi with shoyu sauce and wasabi. Indeed, it really comes with wasabi. Simply love it! ~ Clam Chowder Soup is not my favorite. The toast that comes with it is horrible. Has a weird taste, I took a bite and leave it aside. Soup is ok nothing fantastic.

Love their pastries! So pretty and delicious! They can also warm up some of the pastries for you. It’s like an upscale asian patisserie /bakery. I go here every so often(whenever I’m at the mall) if not I’ll go to Kee Wah or other asian bakeries. Yummy! Their drinks are pretty nice too, but the coffee is a self serve pot which was mediocre… My husband and I came a couple times, and each time it was quiet but the tables and chairs were not wiped down, sticky cup rings and crumbs on the table and seats… Over all friendly service, and nice atmosphere. Service, not so sharp. The girl who was heating up our pastries was getting them one by one onto a paper baking sheet and awkwardly carrying them half on her apron and half on her for arms, it looked like she was going to drop them, why not use the tray that we easily carried them over to you by the counter with.

First time visitor, now a fan. JL and I visited before catching a movie at 10:50 am at the AMC up the escalator. Didn’t have time for a sit-down breakfast/lunch and didn’t want to eat a full meal. That’s what movie popcorn is for, right? So began our super fast search for tasty and portable sandwiches. T minus 10 minutes. The Mission: Cold sandwiches near the theater food court, easy to transport, and/or stash inside a LeSportsac. Of course, I’d never condone sneaking food inside a theater: P. We were left with two options: Jersey Mike’s and Paris Baguette. Who knew the former didn’t open until 11am on Sunday? PB turned out to be a nice surprise. The Turkey Clubs were club you over the head tasty. We didn’t read the full description and were bang smack surprised by the sliced jalapenos. Ay Dios Mio! In a dark theater, those little bastards will catch you by surprise. We were so impressed by the sandwiches, we decided to grab a raisin nut loaf and a bunch of cookies on the way out. Do yourself a favor and do it! The pastry counter looks pretty damn fantastic as well. Next time, I’m bringing a bigger purse!
