Been coming here for 5 years now — eyes have never felt better. Thankful for PV!!!

Deserved of all the 5 star reviews. The Dr’s are great, but even better the office staff rocks! Seems hard to find great front office teams these days at many dr.‘s offices, but Première Vision has the best.

Found this location through VSP insurance. The office is very nice and clean. We made a last minute appointment and didn’t have to wait! When we walked in, we were greeted by the doctor (not sure who) she was very friendly and got us all set up and handed us paperwork. The assistant then took over and got us all set up. Everything went smoothly and the entire staff was super friendly.

This is my third year with Premier. I really like Dr Tsai (2^nd time seeing her). She is proactive about educating me about my eyes. They are very profession and courteous. Thank you again.

Dr. Tsai and her WONDERFUL team took great care of me! Fully explained what I was being examined for, and answered all of my silly questions. I had my appt close to their closing time but the staff did not rush me what so ever! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable! Thank you for a great experience after a long day of work.

Wow, Unilocal was right! This is a GREAT place to get your eyes in shape! The Dr was very helpful in explaining all that was wrong (and right!) with my vision. I was a walk in at 9am and was taken right away, treated with respect and not «sold» anything. I don’t like being «sold a bill of goods» when I go in for a service, and there was no pressure to buy anything!
Equipment is state of the art — very high tech (no blowing air into these eyes!) clean and sanitary. A very friendly staff too! This is my first and last stop for vision care and eye glasses!

I did researched the area for LASIK eye surgery and settled on Premier Vision to take care of me. That was the best choice ever! The staff is friendly and efficient, I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointments, and Dr. Tsai is professional and knowledgeable. My eye surgery went great and I had ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision the very next day! I wish I had done this sooner. Premier Vision is conscientious and thorough with my care. I have been seeing them for all my post operative care and continue to be greatly satisfied with everything. I have referred friends here and hope you will give them a visit!

Their customer service is on point! I admit I was not the sweetest person to walk through the door the other day (my mother insisted that I get new glasses because she hates the ones I currently have, even though I only got them recently and the prescription is perfectly fine. Hence, why I was an unhappy camper) but the receptionists remained polite and professional despite my less-​than-​lovely attitude.
The optometrist herself was incredibly welcoming and personable and I felt very comfortable with her during my eye exam. Though the exam itself was quick and easy, I did not feel rushed at all.
They have a nice selection of glasses frames to choose from. I was able to find one I liked (and that my mother also approved of) very quickly.
I did not have to wait very long at all to see the optometrist at my scheduled appointment time. The office itself is quite small but well kept. Located next to HoneyBoba in the same plaza as El Pollo Loco across the street from the public library (note: parking may potentially suck esp right after school lets out).

Premier Vision Optometry was great. Quick wait time, knowledgeable staff, kind doctor. They have a large selection and I was able to have new lenses put in old sunglasses frames. When I had a question about my prescription after receiving them, the office emailed me back very promptly. Highly recommend.

There is a reason I gladly travel 30 miles to get all of my optometric needs addressed at Premier Vision Optometry. And that reason is quality. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with enthusiasm and professionalism all at once. This wasn’t a stuffy or drab optometry office, and certainly wasn’t a mill where you feel like a number. Rosie and Christa went out of their way to make me feel like a valued individual, while also adeptly attending to the others lucky enough to be getting their eyes checked here. Rosie and Christa are so friendly and classy, and it is delightfully obvious that they truly enjoy what they are doing. The customer service is exceptional.
I didn’t think I could meet anyone more genuine, professional, and caring than Rosie and Christa… and then I met with Dr. Tsai. I immediately understood that the high quality at PVO flowed from the top down, and that Dr. Tsai was the source. It is rare that you see a practitioner in his/​her profession so passionate at what he/​she does. Dr. Tsai exudes exactly that. During my examination, Dr. Tsai was thorough and addressed all of my concerns. She was beyond patient, and took extra time to precisely calibrate my vision. And then she did the unthinkable… Dr. Tsai actually explained to me what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how my vision actually worked. Dr. Tsai definitely knows her stuff. And she explained everything to me in such a way, that I didn’t feel like I was in a «medical» office or three years old, but in a coffee shop having a regular conversation. I’m so grateful I got to see Dr. Tsai.
After I got my vision calibrated, Rosie and Christa stepped up again, and I got outfitted with contacts and fantastic frames. I went in to get my vision checked and cleared up, and by the end of it, I could see with absolute clarity how amazing Rosie, Christa, and Dr. Tsai are. Premier Vision Optometry is truly top rank.

I rarely write reviews about anything other then food, but I felt that Premier Vision definitely deserved one. Last year was my first time with the optometrist and they were more then helpful with all of my issues with my lenses, contact lenses. This year I went in for the LASIK consultation and they were extremely cautious to advise me of all of the pro’s /​con’s of the procedure. In the end I felt a lot more confident about letting them refer me to a doctor that plans to cut my eye open. :X ENJOY!
PS: They are normally open every other Saturday, but there is a time frame of about August — September that they are open every Saturday. Call and find out!

Been coming here for three years now and every time I come, the staff and optometrist surpass my expectations. I had an appointment from the previous year (similar to what you do at dentist offices where you write your name a reminder postcard) Got the email and then a reminder phone call. I had scheduled it for 2pm and had to reschedule for work but luckily they said they closed at 7pm and there was an opening at 5pm. Arrived and had a bit of trouble finding parking. A small lot and with Honey Boba and El Pollo Loco in the same plaza, parking is a bit limited. Found a spot though and walked in. Rosie was at the front desk and she asked me to update my information. After that was done, I walked right into the exam area where Rosie tested a few of the exams and then after that was done, went into the room where Dr. Yang completed the usual eye exam. Both were extremely personable and approachable. Felt like home talking to them! After a quick and efficient eye exam, Dr. Yang suggested I dilate my eyes to get a better examination. While I was waiting, I took a look at the glasses and sunglasses. A pretty wide selection and they told me that they have a wide selection that is completely covered by insurance as well. After getting my eyes checked one last time after they were fully dilated, I said my good byes and left.
I would definitely recommend this place for your eye exam. My insurance is accepted here and they probably accept most others. The people are personable, the location is easy, parking can be troublesome but not horrible. All in all, it’s the people that make this place so great. Professional, competent, and friendly. What else can you ask for?

Aah what can I say…
Another great experience at Premier. Aside from having quality (my basis of professionalism, being informative and attentive), I have always felt welcomed here.
On this visit, I arrived on time and was sent in within 5 minutes or so. Met with Dr. Oh. Very straightforward and to the point. Not pushy, very thorough, and welcomed any questions.
What has me coming back here though… are the two that hold down the fort day in and day out… Rosie and Christa!
Great to always see familiar faces and joke with them while they make sure each patient is taken care of from the first step in the door to the next. Its very refreshing to come into a place like this. Keep up the great work!
Almost forgot… got some new microfiber cloths for free too!

A very good and modern optometrist who does wonderful with young children (6yo). Patient and kind and makes children feel safe and welcoming. Highly recommend for all ages. Their selection of frames is not the largest, so you may want to think about getting frames elsewhere.

I have always had problems with my contacts and eyes since I have a astigmatism. My eyes would always dry out at the end of the night and it would blur my vision. My previous optometrist never fixed the issue, but instead gave me a bunch of useless eye drops.
However, since coming here my eye has felt so much better! The staff is attentive, friendly, and extremely capable. They helped me pick out the right glasses and the right contacts that fit. They have top of the line equipment and their office is super clean as well. Pricing is affordable and no hidden fees.
Dr. Yang is probably the most gentle and knowledgeable optometrist I’ve ever been to. She genuinely cared about the problems with my dry eyes and astigmatism and took her time to ask the right questions and to explain everything. Safe to say — she diagnosed the problem. My vision is better and it feels amazing at night now!
I highly recommend Dr. Yang to anyone that cares about their eyes.

I just had my yearly exam with Dr. Tsai and her crew and I had to give them another glowing review. They are all so professional yet so warm and personal at the same time. And they have always been COMPLETELY HONEST about all costs associated with y exam and contacts. They call you to remind you of appointments, that your contacts are ready, etc and are so completely accommodating to any changes you need to make.
Dr. Tsai has all the latest equipment and was able to verify that I was sleeping with my eyes not completely closed (I knew it!), which was accounting for my dry eyes. So of course she gave me eye drop samples. They were also having a special on full eye photos (can’t remember the actual name), so I decided to get that under the good doc’s recommendation. It was such an amazing experience (yet again).

Not going back. The doctors are nice and pro. But don’t trust the front staff. They lied just to make the sale. They tell you one thing, then make excuses and tell you they made a mistake or didn’t know something. On top of that, they delayed getting my glasses to double the wait time. In the end, they charged me way more than I could have paid elsewhere. Don’t trust the friendly faces and the fake smiles. One of the Worst experiences ever.

Found Dr. Chen to be a bit rude. I really wanted to like this place after seeing all the positive reviews, but I had a really bad experience.
If I wanted to spend hundreds of dollars to be insulted I would rather it be from a pretty woman in a leather outfit than from a rude male optometrist.

I have to admit I came upon this optimetry office because they’re right next to honey boba. When I called they had an appointment available the same day which is very convenient.
I actually didn’t see Dr. Tsai but Dr. Chen who was covering for her. I never got such a thorough check-​up! He took his time ask the questions and made me feel like he really cares about my eye health.
The rest of the staff is super friendly. There are 2 women that work out front and help with fitting and such. They are the nicest people! I had to change my appointment, re-​order my trial pair after I lost one down my sink 2 days after I got them, and rush a contact lense order and they were so patient and helpful. I don’t know how Dr. Tsai is but if her staff is a reflection of her, I’d definitely keep coming back.
