If they don’t know what you’re talking about they will send you 15+ minutes down the way to Orvac Electronics and assure you they have the product when they indeed do not.
Workers at Orvac said they do it all the time.

We walked in to buy a Radio Shack product and we were told by the Sprint employee that he was at lunch. He then said if we paid cash he could help us.
Of course anyone can pay cash to a non-​employee and take a product.
Good luck with business for non-​Sprint customers and make sure you check your inventory.

I would be wary of Radioshack. I was sold a non-​functional soldering iron which was on clearance. When plugged in, the iron billows smoke. I attempted to return it, but the employee said I could not because #1 I plugged it in and thereby used it, and #2 it was clearance, with the emphasis on it being a clearance item. When I purchased, I was not told about this unique return policy as it says on the top of the receipt that I simply have 30 days to return the item. Radioshack wasted my money and time, and gave me a useless piece of junk. They don’t stand by their products

This is a great radio shack. Plenty of parking. Well stocked store with good layout and plenty of items from phones, computer accessories to the standard radio shack stuff.
The guys who work here are always extra helpful and full of knowledge. I took my blackberry here because it is very finicky with chargers and the guy knew it already and picked me the right OEM charger for it. And it was the cheapest which was great!

Avoid this location at all costs!!! The manager is a shady individual selling stolen phones. If your lucky your IMEI will get blacklisted before your trial period with the provider is over and allow you to cancel your contract. If your not so lucky you will be stuck with a contract and no phone.

So Radio Shack is Radio Shack. What is there really to say?
I rarely venture here. but this weekend there was a great deal on digital cameras. Due to a misunderstanding, I thought they were sold out on the deal, and bought another camera. Fast forward thru 10% discounts only the day of the sale, forgetting to ask for the free memory card as offered, a refund and a voided transaction… I somehow came out with a happy ending.
Thanks to the Sales Reps: These guys helped me get my money’s worth, their great customer service in helping me sort it all out. Ricardo for this good conscious «Not wanting to be a d**k», and Sam for his good ethics and amusing faux German accent.
Lesson: I Never thought I’d give Radio Shack a thumbs up, but these guys did a little more than they needed to by caring about the customer. That’s how businesses should run.
