i used to go to D. Chang at this office until I realized I was only a number and and Dr. Chang is not a good person. After they charged my insurance 4 times for the same surgery I realized he owns the surgery center he uses. He also owns california eye and ear that he sent me to because he said I have glaucoma. I later found out I don’t. He is so greedy he has his hands in everything. His office staff changes regularly. They complain of not being treated fairly and not paid well. Steer clear of this monopoly.

Everyone was amazingly helpful here. Really nice positive atmosphere! I’m a little squeamish about my eyes and I did give them a hard time when they were trying to take my eye pressure… but no one made me feel judged, everyone was very very kind. Dr Lynn was amazing! she answered all my questions and made sure I felt good about the visit. She had such a refreshing positive attitude that just made me feel fantastic… even though I came in feeling so anxious about my eye. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Lynn!
