Rinoie Chugo DPM

I am inclined to write this review to help others in need. I was referred to Dr. Rinoie by my primary care physician. My overall experience with Dr. Rinoie was very poor.
My chief concern was pain on my left foot. When Dr. Rinoie arrived in the examination room he sat down and asked where the pain originated. I attempted to explain to him the history and duration of the discomfort, but he brushed me off. He took an ultrasound of the base of my left foot and said that he saw that my tendon was inflamed. Next he stated that I need orthotic inserts made. Never during the entire examination did he actually explain to me his diagnosis. Only after I asked him if it was plantar fasciitis did he say yes it was. No explanations of the cause of plantar fasciitis, prevention, nor treatment. Only for me to make an appointment to return for orthotics.

Dr. Rinoie is very knowledgable and clearly cares about his patients. He’s professional and so are his staff (which is unfortunately becoming more and more rare these days). He’s going to operate on my foot and if it goes well, I’ll come back and give him 5 stars!!!
