Been coming here for years. had many stylists over the years but jaime is the best. I’ve always been happy with my haircuts. The problem is that now jaime is getting so popular that now I must wait in line which I never had to do before. Jaime is fantastic.

The girl that cut my hair cut too much off the top and cut my hair unevenly on the sides and the top. For over 20 bucks the haircut sucked ass.

I like all the hairstylists here. They’ve each cut, either my fine, thin hair or my son’s difficult, course hair… and they’ve done a great job all the time. I’ve been to other, expensive hair stylist that have no originality… these girls are unique, friendly and sassy!
I love their app. You can «check-​in» ahead. And although their might be a 5 minute wait… they’ll pretty much take you right away.

Took my niece here to cut off all her hair and go boy short. I was so impressed with how well her hair turned out that I had Natasha cut my hair and then came back a few days later so she could cut my son’s hair! The staff here is very personable and friendly. This is now our new go to salon!

I love Alana! The last time I went to a Supercuts they butchered my hair so I was hesitant to try another one but desperately needed a trim.
I found this Supercuts in Unilocal and decided to give it a try since it had high ratings. When I got there, I decided not to request a specific stylist since I didn’t know anyone specifically. I was given Alana, the same warm girl that answered the phone.
I told her how I wanted my hair and that the last girl cut too much off. She was so attentive and did everything I asked! She always asked if I liked what she was doing and wasn’t pushy at all when it came to recommending products I should use.
I will definitely be going back to Alana!

Came in here for a good walk-​in. Didn’t have to wait that long, maybe 20 minutes. My stylist, Jamie, must have had good products and/​or good methods of washing hair because after the shampoo, my bra-​strap length hair didn’t tangle at all. The haircut she gave me was good for the price as well, I wasn’t able to tell the difference from the $ 60 ones I used to get. I am coming back. :)

Horrible customer service and way too overpriced. I usually take my son to a small salon in El Monte that only charges $ 7, supercuts charged $ 18. That is ridiculous for a haircut for a 2 year old. Not only that, but the girl who cut his hair was so rude and full of attitude. The name on the receipt was Vanessa. Every time he would move she would roll her eyes or look at me like I’m supposed to be holding him still. The ladies at the other salon talk to him, keep him still and comfortable. But no, not this lady who is going to charge $ 18. It was a horrible experience and I will never go back to supercuts. She didn’t even say hello when I walked in! So rude.

Parking is ample and they are open every day, which is convenient. Don’t forget to phone ahead to check in.

I had a great experience here! I had really long hair and I woke up one day and decided to chop it off. I went with a long bob and my hairstylist was super patient with me and went slow to make sure I was ready for the change. I should have written this review sooner to make sure I have her name right but I swear her name is Jamie, (Cute blonde with short hair). I’m shocked she hasn’t had a review yet. She was awesome to talk to and a talented stylist.

I’ve only had my hair cut, colored and highlighted by Natasha and she does a good job. Very friendly and good listener. Trust her with my hair and I’m a very picky person when it comes to my hair. Would recommend to friends and coworkers. :-)

A decent haircut and friendly staff.
To make the experience quicker, always call in beforehand. If you like your haircut, get a loyalty stamp card. The only downside to this place is the price, $ 18. It just keeps going up and up.

Had high hopes for this place since the reviews were great, but I did not have such luck. Wanted a simple trim around the neck and ears and the stylist took off too much. I’m trying to grow out my hair and basically it’s back to a pixie cut. Good thing my hair grows pretty fast but the fact that she cut my hair too short is upsetting. Also, they push products onto you. If the stylist did what I had asked to do, I wouldn’t be needing products to buy! Never again Supercuts! Please listen to your customers and what they are asking!!!

Convenient and affordable. Ladies are great and polite. Would recommend an appointment. If you happen to request a specific stylist they will charge you a bit more. Not a big deal but Ive seen it happen to a customer. Im not picky and do not cut my hair often but when I do I always come here.

$ 66 dollar trim and blow dry!
I took my daughter for a simple trim to her just past the should-​length hair. The prices posted on the wall seemed reasonable. After trimming and blow-​drying her hair the stylist presented a bill for $ 66! She explained that a blow dry is $ 45 if you want them to USE A HAIRBRUSH. The blow dry prices that are posted are for drying your hair without a brush. I was speechless. How many people with longish hair can dry their hair without a brush?
When I challenged the pricing, she pulled out a laminated price list hidden in a drawer that indeed showed a $ 45 blow dry. I asked why they don’t post THAT price list or why the posted prices don’t say «blow-​dry without using a hairbrush»
She did not have an answer for that.
STAY AWAY if you want honest and ethical business practices. This place is shady.

I don’t know why previous reviewers are so rude. I’ve been coming to this Supercuts for the last 10 years.
I have seen the ups and downs, the highs and los and everything in between here. I come for the decently-​priced haircuts & the friendly staff who actually KNOW how to spell my name.
Call in and save some time! Gather up stamps and get a free haircut after 10!
