The worst customer service ever!!! Chloe Wang has the worst attitude toward costumer. T-​mobile should train their employee better and should at least teach them what is costumer service.

I came here about two Sundays ago because I wanted to open a simple plan line. But the girl at the counter told me I needed to get the highest single plan. It didn’t make sense to me so I asked why. She said I could switch to the simple plan after four months if I decided I wasn’t using all the data… still made no sense. All I could focus on at that point was the way she was speaking and not looking at me… sorry honey but I’m good at spotting liars, or maybe the guilt was getting the best of you. So I left and went to a corporate location. At the corporate location NEVER was I told about this bogus option the girl in Arcadia mentioned… all I had to do was pay for the sim, $ 15. Don’t trust these small places…

There is a guy Rex, basic he knows EVERYTHING, he helped me to switch my old phone to new phone, he transferred everything, not even miss a signal message, in 10 minutes, while he is helping other customers. I’m really impressed. Check it out if you need advise on your phone, he would definitely give your professional opinion.

I recently visited this shop to get a new phone. Rex was super helpful, super informative, and a conscientious helper. So much so, that I feel a need to drop a compliment on Unilocal.You rock Rex me and my boyfriend both agree your customer service was A1.

Just wanted to say that this place took care of me when I switched over to T-​mobile. Great service from Rex, he did a great job making sure the change over went smoothly.

They told my wife that if she wants to cancel the phone number she has to pay $ 300 termination penalty. That was not what she was told when she sign up the number. When she signed up she was told that the number can be terminated four month later at no cost. I called tmobile right away and hepled her canceled the number, and was not charged any fee. These two Taiwanese boys run a shady business. If you are alert, you can notice that they talk shiftly. They never take care of each other’s customer s so I guess they sell same plans to customers differently, depending who they deal with and how easily the customer can be tricked.
Please also notice that although the store renovation is very similar to tmobile, it is not a tmobile shop.

I came here for my very first smartphone over 4 years ago. This place rocks. I got an awesome deal on my phone.
Customer service was fabulous. I wanted to change my phone number to a «local» number but I needed something easy for me to remember. I can’t tell you how many phone numbers we went through to find one that suited my superstitious culture and was easy for me to remember.
The ambiance of the place was whatever. In fact, they could spruce it up a bit. But really… I was there for a good phone for a good price with a decent plan… and that’s exactly what I got.
If you want a good deal, a good phone, and a good phone plan that isn’t a rip off… come here. Check it out!
