This is the second time that we have called Total Shredding to help relieve us of our paper hoarding buildup (we have to save some documents for a number of years). I highly recommend Total shredding for their fast and reliable service. The driver was the most upbeat, friendly person I have ever met. He worked efficiently and always had a smile. The shredding went quickly while we kept searching around for more stuff for the truck to gobble up. In the end we ended up shredding 126 boxes (or 18 of those trashcan bins) which took about 45 minutes. Fast service, professional driver who helps with moving boxes to the truck. What more can you ask for?

Total Shredding was absolutely professional on 1÷7÷15 and really liked the easy way to make an appointment. They were here on time and called the office before arrival. Very upbeat approachable person came in and loaded up. Quick and painless. Will keep them in mind for future purposes.

A friend and I pooled our shredding needs from our two insurance offices and called Total Shredding, Arcadia to come do it. And do it they did! It is an excellent service for the money. They were on time, efficient, it was over, the bill was as expected and off we all went, parting our separate ways. We even tipped the driver, we were so impressed. What’s not to recommend? It’s nice to be able to wholeheartedly recommend a business with do doubts or reservations.

Total Shredding totally saved the day when the previous shredding service I hired was being all around unprofessional. I called in around 11am, and within minutes I was already scheduled for the 2pm-​5pm slot on that same day! I was still a bit skeptical cause the previous place has scheduled me quickly too but didn’t come through in the end-​however; Total Shedding did not disappoint. Michael, the driver, called me to notify his arrival in advance. Half hour later, he arrived at my office looking tired and sweaty. Hardworking! First thing he did was apologize for taking so long (not even!) due to the lack of parking holding him up. After taking a quick look at the stack of boxes, he brought in his bin and started dumping away. I had about 33 boxes to shred, so he had to take 3 different trips up & down 27 floors but his smile never left his face. Professional, yet incredibly friendly and bubbly! I definitely recommend Total Shredding for all your shredding needs!

I had a completely different experience than the one below. I called the company on Friday late in the afternoon and was easily scheduled for Monday (two days later). The person on the phone did have an accent but was able to communicate effectively. She took time to answer all questions I had. The scheduled time was 1:00 pm and at 1:00 pm on the second, I received a call telling me the driver was on his way. He arrived within 15 minutes, was polite, friendly, and very helpful. The process was extremely easy and we were done within minutes. He greeted my husband and me with a big smile, was cheerful and we didn’t have to do a thing (he lifted the heavy boxes). I rate this company very highly and will definitely use them again.

This was an amazing experience. They came on time with a truck, took my 9 boxes of old taxes etc. Rolled it to the truck and voila! They were prompt, professional, I saw my documents shredded and they were less expensive than the company that was going to drive to.

Worst experience ever. These people are so rude and difficult to deal with. We tried for 4 weeks to get them to come. The first two weeks they had issues with the truck being full so they cancelled on us. Then their receptionist (who’s English is poor) could not convey messages to the driver correctly adding a great deal of consternation. They’re limited in capacity as well as availability. When I finally was able to speak with the driver he said he was only available on Thursdays. To top it off the receptionist hung up on me! I was aghast to say the least. Way to run a business you guys.

I live in Northern California and was in town to finish that awful job of sorting through old papers in my parents’ house. As I was in town for a limited time I needed to find a secure document shredding service to come to the house.
I happened to have found Total Shredding through a Google search. I called and they arranged to come to the house at a time convenient for me.
The shredder truck came right up to the curb at my house. My boxes of papers were quickly shredded without any problem. The price was very reasonable. On top of that, the driver rolled his bin up my driveway to make my job easier.
The service is convenient, reasonably priced and the on-​site service is wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommended Total Shredding without hesitation.
