Scam!
My mom was their loyal customer all these year.
But she don’t understand English at all, the sales man name chetwin tam was ripped her off.
She upgraded her phone for Samsung Galaxy .
They did not told her she paying the phone monthly.
At the time, they charge her 177.49. She though it was for the phone.
Until now, when she let me see the paper work, I realized 177.48 is for the phone cover and screen.
They even charge SIM card for 10 dollar. It supposed to be free from Verizon.

Had a good service here. It did took about an hour to get the process done such as setting up a new phone, but overall the experience was good. I’ve had bad experiences with the previous owner of the place and would only care about making commission off of you. However, he no longer works there and is now owned by Verizon. Overall, its so far become a good experience. I definitely recommend going to Jovani or Alexus.

Slow service and sales rep Leo is shady and tries to make commission off you.
We were in there for over an hour while he casually talked to his coworker about Vegas and being unprofessional with his crude language.
Not coming here again.
