Someone put a lot of creativity into the shop, knows their gear and carries brands like O’Neill, Billabong and more, has a demo program, cool clothing, surf swag, but their customer service sucks.
I know my husband and I don’t look like the typical surfers, but just moving here from Hawaii we needed to get hooked up with some cold water gear. The Shop is across from the friendly Co-​op but this vibe is totally different. Bummer experience. We walked out with nothing.
