Best mexican ever had. Food is great, salsa is cold and beer is big and cold. Never had a bad meal and we visit a couple times a month.

if you expect fantastic service… I’d try somewhere else but if you want some of the best Mexican food stick around! I live in Indiana but when visiting family in Ohio we always stop. I love the chicken chimcanga that’s topped with a smooth queso. The food is worth it you just may need to remind the waiter you exist.

Good food, good prices, friendly staff, free WIFI. Has beer, margaritas and wine :) The star deducted was for ambience. It felt like cafeteria, very open and not too cozy. Otherwise, service and food was wonderful! I’ll be back!

The food is great at Casa Vieja! Friendly staff, festive décor and they serve drinks. We discovered it while in town visiting family in Archbold. We’ll be back.

My friends and I went here for drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was so surly from the time we walked in the door, it was very off-putting. He did not bring us refills, and he did not check on us after serving. The food was standard Mexican food, but I would not go back.

My family and I love trying new Mexican restaurants, and since we are moving to Archbold, we had to try it eventually. We got shrimp, chicken, burritos tacos, rice, beans, cheese dip, and quesadillas. It was all good. Nice atmosphere, clean bathrooms. We’ll be back!

My daughter had raved about this restaurant often and she finally got me to go. My mexican tastes have usually only gone as far as Taco Bell and my homemade tacos, so I was leery to try authentic. Must say, I had the chicken fajitas and it was delish! Very nicely decorated and friendly staff.

Authentic… Check, great tasting… double check. While passing through the area this was a wonderful lunch spot. Affordable and genuinely authentic INOHIO of all places. This native Californian was thoroughly impressed. Our party ordered to go and less than a block away was the coziest little bench along side a railroad in which we enjoyed our lunch under the warm Ohio sun. Wow, never thought I would say that!

Very tasty, indeed. Authentic with an interesting mix of refinement & American style. The wait staff id very attentive and well-groomed, but all e beer is served in the bottle without a mug or nice glass to put it into, for instance. The guacamole is creamy smooth and not overly dosed with spices or onion. Nice. Sauces are well-flavored and mild… add your own heat from the hot sauces at the table. We have several really good Mexican restaurants back home and this one is just as good… and the princes are within a dollar of back home. We were just passing through, but I’d make the effort to swing this way again for a meal here.

I’ve been there a few times and have gotten the lunch fajitas. They are very good and filling for the price. Will continue to come back here.

My husband ordered a combination platter, and I ordered the steak fajitas. The food was great. I judge fajitas by the quality of the steak – very good.
