On point. Had a flat and they had me out in 30. Purchased the tires in high point and they handled it here no problem.

This place tried the old bate and switch with me. They told me they had my tires, got my car in the shop, then told me they didn’t have it. Then tried to sell me four different tires at a much higher Price. When I refuse to buy the higher price tires they kept my car in the shop for almost 2 hours just to put two tires back on. After he saw that I was serious about putting my tires back on my vehicle so I could leave he offered me a Nother set of tires at about $ 500 less than the tires that he was going to sell me initially. If I were in hell and the only place to buy ice water was discount tire I would be thirsty. The only reason I’m writing it all one is because it wouldn’t let me leave a lower than one.

I would like to give a «Shout-​Out» to Dan & Adam at store NCC-​26 Discount Tire 54 Airport Rd Arden, NC 28 704 (828) 708‑6022!!! I went back today as I do with any problem with the tires or for service rotation and I was impressed as always. Your customer service is A-​1, the attitudes are of the employee’s is the best, all of you run your butts off to take care of us as fast as humanly possible and the inside of the store is nice, clean and cool for the hot sun. The work area is clean, with no tools or other hazards in the way to low production. Again thank you fella’s for getting Chen and I in and out with that flat tire we appreciate you much ;)
