Pizza Hut

Okay… What the actual… fuuuuuu…you guys ever had to wait 20 minutes for a drink? Every had a pizza hut forget the pizza? Read on! :D
So I come in during the evening on wensday and the staff was completely overworked (their words). Lots of to go orders as I could see, but they only had three tables. I waited (near the register) almost in front of the kitchen entrance for TEN MINUTES to be seated.
I finally got fed up and seated myself because the seat, upfront, for to-​go orders was filled by an entire family. I waited another five minutes, and I called the restaurant because that seemed like that was really their main focus right now, rather than helping the customers right in front of them.
They answered and I gave them my drink order, and they said I could get it when I got here and they hung up. LOL that back fired on me. So I wait another five minutes (because one of the tables left) and I figured they’d FINALLY have time for me and my friend.
I go up to the register area and flagged the girl down and finally got seated. She said she didn’t see us, after passing us like five or six times earlier. After ordering, we had got through our first drink, and we waited… and waited… and WAITED for a refill. I finally went to the front after five minutes dry, to get a drink.
I pretty much almost did it myself because even being up there took 60 seconds for them to see us. At this point I really considered leaving to go to a burger joint or something. Finally got refills and went to sit down. I feel like I’m going crazy. Service isn’t supposed to be like this right?
So finally after another ten minutes we got our orders… at least part of it. She forgot the PIZZA LOL. We ordered 3 orders of wings and a pizza. But they FORGOT THE PIZZA LOL. We ate our wings and kept expecting the pizza to come any minute now. After a while of being done with the wings, they asked if we wanted a box and gave us our recipes.
We told them about the pizza they forgot, and they put in the order and didn’t charge us for it. I know I’m being pretty harsh, but this place needs more staff or something. You can’t forget the pizza at a pizza hut. I mean really.
And maybe this is just me nitpicking because I’m mad, but for the last few years there is always one or two wings that are overcooked and chewy. They mostly are really good, but when I get to a chewy boneless wing, it completely turns me off and I just throw it away. I don’t know if the cooking temps are consistent or what. It’s just really really off putting, and I don’t know if there is a way to fix that for them…
I think I’m going to take a long long long break from pizza hut…
I used to like the pizza here, but they jack up the prices and then lower them for online specials (if you know about them). I DON’T LIKE PLAYING PRICING GAMES. So this basically became a wing place for me, when I didn’t feel like driving all the way to wild wings. But the wings are expensive, and cooked badly. So why do I come here anymore?
It’s mostly nostalgia. I want this place to be good, because it was good when I was a kid.

Very friendly staff, clean place. My wife really enjoyed the salad bar. The bathroom was a little old, but clean as well. Hope to return soon!

Amazing place!!! The foods are delicious. There found Pizza, Brazilian, and Italian… and more. The pizza is obviously good. Good and solid their Italian food and Brazilian menu. Impressive taste and different size of food. Their service is super. The Owner is very nice.

Can’t say too much negative about Pizza Hut. Still NY favorite pizza out there. Go often for the lunch buffet and always think it’s good. If they don’t have your pizza type it come. out shortly after.

Badly needs renovated. Looks the same as 20 yrs ago on the inside. Food tastes about the same as other Pizza Hut’s. Restroom was pretty dirty too. I haven’t eaten at this location in a couple of years, but might again if they’ll re-​do the interior…
