Rick is the owner and a really nice guy. His employees are professional and personable. I am a regular, dropping off prepaid shipments. They probably don’t make much for the service, but are appreciative anyway. I have ordered color printing via email and they do the job quick!
If you come by often, you get a good feeling from them — they enjoy you coming by.

Brought in a return to ship back to a vendor and the return label was not readable by their equipment. OK, so to lookup the vendor so we could call them to sort it out, I asked if they could contact them with the info I had. He couldn’t, so I asked if we could look up their phone no. on the computer. He charged me $ 3 to look up a phone no. Sure, it’s within their right, and I thought about it but figured it was so far out of the possibility for him to charge me that I was embarrassed to ask. When I pointed out how irritating it was he said ‘they’ require him to do that. I know this is a franchise and he is the owner. So I walked out of their feeling that they had no desire to be helpful and wanted to defer responsibility as well. No thanks.
