Yes, I was not fully satisfied with their job. This type of professional service is of course expected always. I bought my new smart phone from here. Great collections, I will be back.

2 months of data overages on my new phone while I thought i was on wifi… tech support couldn’t help, their only suggestion was to turn off my mobile data… meanwhile I could connect to WiFi which I use constantly for my job, nor would 611 credit me for any of my overages or needed data upgrades!
Needless to say, I went into the corporate store ready to cancel my service… but Alec, the sales rep, figured out what was wrong. is having a new phone overnighted to me and is crediting my account $ 120 for all the overages.
Thanks Alec… today you are my hero!
If you’re having issues or need a new phone, go see him, as he was patient with my tirade and fixed my problems

Was already having a bad day as it was. I got there ready to pay my bill when I saw the line… I guess it was for one of the new Iphones.
I use basic phones, so that sort of thing never really mattered to me. I told the guy up front «I just want to use the machine to pay my phone bill is that okay?».
And he told me that I had to wait behind the line of 50 people for everyone to get there phone first and got rude about it. I made a bit of a scene and he finally got the manager, who told me that I needed to wait behind everyone too (even though the phones were not being sold for another HOUR).
Why should a normal customer be put into this idiocy? Using the bill machine dosen’t take any employee power… I told him I was not going to pay my bill and he would hear from corporate.
I filed a complaint and nothing happened. No surprise. Ended up discontinuing service with them and buying a walmart phone with MORE FEATURES than my verizon basic plan, including limited internet, ALOT more minutes, and kept the unlimited texting.
Here’s the real kicker… the new phone was a Verizon service… so why was I getting over charged at this crappy little retail store? I’m saving about 40 bucks a month. Feels good to win.
