Dandelion

This store has quickly become my favorite jewelry store.
They’re a preferred local boutique for Chan Luu and make custom orders seamless. I’ve done several now and am afraid a bad habit was born! I think they’re also the only one in the tri-​state area (possibly beyond?) where Chan Luu does their holiday pop-​up stores. A must for anyone who likes this jewelry line and if you’ve seen it, how could you not?
They’re inventory of jewelry designers is expansive (as are the price points) and would absolutely satisfy any type of shopper whether shopping for themselves, a discerning teenager or friends and family. I’ve purchased for 4 women in different age ranges with totally different styles in one day. Bye-​bye $.
They also throw an unusual level of support behind the jewelers, especially local ones, they carry and through their mailing list keep customers informed of events and new jewelers.
Lynn, the Manager here, does an amazing job in making the customer’s experience a good one — the formula for loyalty and longevity. In fact, all the staff I have encountered has been lovely and accommodating.
When you think, where has quality customer service gone? Look here for the best example!

The Best! The customer service here is incredible! The woman behind the counter was so patient with my daughter and I and really went above a beyond to help me find the perfect gift!

they have many very gaudy and flimsy things, many of which are way overpriced. Several gifts have broken almost immediately– shoddy workmanship– and store would not give refund– only gift card-​and was very UNgracious about it. also return policy for store credit is only for 2 weeks which means you cannot buy anything there for out of town relatives. Not great merchandise and not very nice people. My husband will never come back to get a gift for me again because of nasty attitude.

I grew up in this area and Dandelion has always been a go-​to place for nice jewelry (not extremely pricey, mostly silver). I always try it for great gift ideas, and I have purchased really nice quality hoops that I wear almost everyday. It may be my issue, but I think some of the silver should be polished a little better, but I used to work in retail jewelry stores, and became such a stickler for that, but the good thing is that you can ask them to polish anything up before it’s boxed.
