Dr. Maria Chila, DMD

Probably like most of you, I inherited my mother’s dentist, who was just fine. He was pleasant and he got the job done, but I started to feel like I wanted a dentist of my own.
After some research, I found Dr. Chila who was in Main Line’s best dentists list. Despite having multiple cavities filled in the last few months, I could not be happier with my experience. Due to a last minute cancellation, I was able to book my first appointment within 3 days of my initial call. If this is your first time here, be sure to carve out a good chunk of time. Dr. Chila and her staff are as friendly as they are thorough. Adele, the dental hygenist, walked me through proper brushing and proper flossing. I know as a 30 year old, I should have this stuff down, but other than getting told to «brush your teeth», I can’t recall anyone ever showing me the right moves. They took several xrays and showed me where I needed cavities filled. They included me on the gameplan on getting my teefers back in shape and helped me to understand how a healthy mouth is related to being healthy overall.
Her staff is all women and they are all incredibly friendly. I have been so happy to have found them.
