Pho & More

My husband and I love this place. The food is amazing and the staff is incredible. They are so friendly and attentive. I love that they serve sushi here and they are expanding the sushi menu. It great to have a place so close to get sushi instead of having to go to Dallas or Oklahoma City.

Just moved here from Denver, so I got spoiled with Thai food. My only suggestion would be, make the curry more soup like (keep it separate from rice so customer can add as much as they want to the rice). Also, do mild, medium, hot, or Thai spicy. I like some spice, but not so spicy I can’t feel lips when I order a normal menu item. Yes it says spicy, but not numbing spicy.

I have been several times. Best Kung Pao chicken I have ever had. Always hot and fresh.

We love this place. We are regulars. My favorite is the yellow tofu curry. I can’t get enough. The service is excellent. They don’t have the long wait like they did when they first opened.

The food is really delicious, I will come back.

Just finished a great meal of Pad Thai. Noodles were cooked just like I like them. Not stuck together and seasoned nicely (I added Sriracha as I do with most Asian food). Very plain décor and clean. The cook came out and visited with me to find out if I was satisfied with my meal. Nice touch!

Something new in Ardmore! Yes please! I come to Ardmore often to visit my family, and hate that there are so little places to eat. I talked my mom into trying Phở and more after getting my nails done next door (great place too!!) we decided on more of the Thai dishes and not disappointed. We ordered some spring rolls, which tasted very fresh and not frozen like most. I ordered green curry and it had great flavor! (I do however like my curry in a separate bowl so the rice doesn’t get soggy, so ask if you do too) My mom, whose only spices are garlic and salt, ordered the pad see ew. She said it was ok, I tried it and found it surprisingly delicious, since I usually don’t like this dish. I don’t know if I can talk my family into joining me again, but I will be back!
The service is very slow. So do not go if in a hurry, there was only one waitress and the place was very busy. The food takes awhile as well, but that is usually a good thing!

I was glad to hear of something different from BBQ and tex/​mex in the area. The noodles were ok but their spring rolls weren’t good at all aside from the sauce. Seriously, who leaves the stem on cilantro when cooking with it? If I go back I’ll have to try something with a lot more flavor and less stem. Super friendly staff though, so I likely try it at least once more.

Despite was others have written when this place first opened, they have really done a great job improving service. Good is excellent — fresh, hot and good quality and the service we’ve experienced is outstanding. Very friendly, willing to do things above the menu — can’t say enough.

Don’t understand the terrible ratings. I’ve been here a couple times. The owners have been amazingly helpful and the food is outstanding. They do their best job. I looked at the rating on Unilocal and was just baffled. People just want to complain. I’ve been to Vietnamese places in Las Vegas, OKC and Detroit, and this place is more Pan-​Asian than anything else. Sure, the menu isn’t as varied as a normal Vietnamese place, but for Ardmore, be grateful they’re this good. I’m utterly shocked a place like this exists here.
Only one complaint; I want my banh mi!
Anyways, keep up the great work!

If I could give it zero stars I would.
The service is horrible, the food is bad.
Plan on waiting at least 10 minutes for your drinks, and at least 30 for your food (after you place your order.) And don’t expect to get the table’s order at the same time.
And when you get your food, be prepared for a mediocre to gross representation of Asian food. They think overloading their dishes with spices that turns the entire dish orange makes it real Thai, but all it really does is make it gritty. Even the phở is mediocre.
Needless to say, I’m never going to go back; I prefer not to have a bad taste in my mouth.

Phở and more is a newer restaurant in Ardmore, OK. It has the best phở I have ever had and that is saying alot. The broth is awesome as well as meats. The thai dishes here are just as good. The portion sizes are huge and full of flavor. Add shrimp because you will not be disappointed… jumbo fresh gulf shrimp and a lot of them. I have been using Unilocal for over 5 years and have traveled all over the country. I want my first Unilocal to be a well deserved one.

Food was excellent! Service was horrible, We’ve been to their location and ordered take out. The Phone is usually never answered until the 4^th time. We were told 20 minutes, after an hour I was able to leave with my order.
I hope I’m able to update this later on after they really improve. The food is the best locally and gets 5 stars!

Terrible from start to finish. One server who didn’t seem to care that there were dirty tables. I didn’t try any Phở as I’m not an aficionado. I tried the Pad See Ew which should have wide egg noodles, this had skinny noodles that were drastically overcooked. The menu description stated there was broccoli — I found two pieces that were very undercooked. The flavor was terrible to boot. I’ve had a lot of good Thai — this was not it. I told the owner it was a no go and he still made me pay.

⁴⁄₅ only because of the wait time. This is a brand new restaurant (7 days new)…locals are curious about this different cuisine, so it’s busy… couple that with a very small staff which equates a long wait time. Expect it if you’re coming to check it out. The owner advised he is seeking employees but it’s been difficult so far.
Ok. Enough about the wait time… on to the food!
⁵⁄₅ for the food. The phở was excellent and would stand up well to long-​standing phở establishments in OKC or Dallas. I see this place only getting better with time.
Now go eat some phở & support a new and exciting restaurant in Ardmore! :-)
