Trillium

Perfect all around… I went to Trillium for a last minute housewarming arrangement and within 1 hour, I left with a beautiful plant arrangement wrapped beautifully… under $ 25!
Let’s just say that I do not have a green thumb and the folks there kinda gathered that from my line of questions. They were all very patient with me and extremely helpful!!!
With their help, I was able to pick an amazing peace lily arrangement and came back in an hour and it was exquisitely wrapped and ready to go.
I will definitely be back, Trillium. You definitely made my day!

Worst experience I have ever had calling a florist. Owning my own business the customer always comes first and if there are challenges in accommodating the customers request try to help them find an alternative. In calling this florist I asked to send a bouquet to my grandmother and as soon as I was finished the person on the phone bluntly said «NO». I asked why because all she said was NO. The girl precedes to tell me they have to much work/​orders to get out in snotty way and that all she could do was send an orchid. With terrible customer service and not treating all customers as important I would never give them business or send it their way. If you are planning an event of any sorts or just need flower as a gift stay away from this florist because I can only imagine what treatment you would get if you ever became an inconvenience. One star is even to much of a rating.

Trillium just moved to Ardmore, and they are located on Rittenhouse Place. I noticed their pretty little shop as I was driving by, and I haven’t even had a chance to go in yet. But I was in a bind today, needing a present for a friend that was coming by our office, and I rang up Trillium.
Booker answered the phone and she was awesome! I told her what I needed, and she walked me through some questions to help figure out the perfect arrangement and details for my friend. She helped me remember a card and she even offered to deliver the flowers right to my desk since I am swamped over here at work.
I gave her less than 45 minutes notice! (Yes, terrible). But Trillium and Booker totally rose to the occasion with grace, and apparent ease.
I am so impressed with the beauty of the arrangement and the special handling! It didn’t cost a fortune either! I highly recommend Trillium and I just can’t wait until I need flowers for someone again. I know right where I’m going. I’m so thankful to have them in the neighborhood!
