They need to take better care of our kids and be more responsive when injuries occur.

Complete disaster. If you want your child to be berated, insulted and diminished, head to Ardsley for what will amount to be a complete waste of time. The coaches do not know the game of lacrosse and there is tyrannical head of program who lobbed insults at my daughter that would get him fired at any school in the tri-state area. House of Sports is not an elite travel program, it is a program predicated on fear and a form of bullying I have not seen in high school sports. This is a program that will be out of business soon.

I have never attended a tournament for my son, who has been playing basketball for 5 years, that charges family members $ 8EACH to watch their child play. AAU tournaments are usually $ 5. For people with larger families, it becomes cost prohibitive for their families to attend. This can be a hardship for many families. Once again, big money is putting All American pastimes out of reach for our growing lower and middle classes. You need $ 500 to take your child to a professional sporting event, and now you need extra disposable income to WATCH your own child play. HOS also charges $ 2 for water, further gouging their customers, many of them from modest means. I suppose their $ 600 birthday parties are only for their wealthier clients. HOS will eventually push out the less privileged players where much of our best athletes come from. It’s a shame that this establishment favors the wealthy. I would rather support a facility whose main goal is not only their bottom line. Their pricing borders on immorality.
