My family and I just had a lovely breakfast. The food was so yummy, and the service was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back for more.

My friend took me here for a friend date, and although the place itself was so cute and aesthetically perfect, the service and food was not so much. Our waiter seemed like a younger guy, but he wasn’t wearing anything other than a Nike sweatshirt and shorts, and he was very unprofessional with my friend and I. I just got pancakes, sausage, and eggs; the eggs were cold when I got them, the pancakes were very small, and the sausage was fine. My friend got a panini and a side salad. She liked her meal, minus the panini having too much bread and very very greasy. Afterwards, we were going to look at the cupcakes, but our waiter, who was behind the counter, didn’t seem to care that we were there or he just couldn’t see us over his phone AND he had headphones in so he couldn’t hear us. It seemed very unprofessional and took away from the full experience. I loved everything about the atmosphere there, and could see myself brunching there again in the future if they work on how their staff interacts with their customers.

Love going here with the girls or ladies lunch. Great place to have a small gathering. Cupcakes are a must have!

This is a cute little cupcake shop tucked away in Argyle. It’s a little challenging to find at first but keep looking… It’s there. This would be a PREFECT spot for a baby shower or wedding shower. Everything we had there was delicious. I had the Tres leche cupcake… amazing. My son LOVED the berry lemonade. I was a little disappointed that they were out of all their tarts when we went but it was an hour till closing, so it makes sense. The staff was very friendly and patient with us while we tried to decide which delicious treat we wanted… we took FOREVER! I wish they were open a little later so we could go there after dinner but the day we were there they closed at 4pm. I’m not sure if they’re open later on the weekends?

Tried for the first time and loved the décor. Difficult to find but nice inside. Had the 3 part combo and the food is not very tasty but the cupcakes are sinful. Had the tres leche and bought 3 to go for family members. Will be back for the cupcakes!

Mother-daughter date delightful! Cachette is the perfect place for a girl’s lunch. The atmosphere is a balance between country-quaint and boutique-beautiful, with a nice patio attached facing the trees for when the weather’s right. The service is always great and food is consistently delicious. The cupcakes always steal the spotlight of every meal, though, with different types offered daily. My favorites are snicker doodle and almond. They also have the most precious individual teacups for hot tea and carry the Harney & Sons line of silken sachet teas. The hot cinnamon spice is WONDERFUL, highly recommend.

I am absolutely obsessed with this place! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. If I’m having a bad day, eating here puts me instantly in a better mood. Their cupcakes are to die for! I live in Dallas and have yet to find anything that comes close to their cupcakes. I originally found this place because I keep my horse a few miles away, but I have actually driven the 45 minutes from Dallas just to get lunch here(and cupcakes of course!) The atmosphere is also wonderful, it adds to the experience and is very charming!

Very overpriced. Almost $ 3 for a plain cup of coffee is nuts! The location is also difficult to find.

The cupcakes are decadent and beautiful and big! We had my son’s birthday cake made here and I literally teared up when I saw how perfect it was! These ladies love what they do and it shows.

OMG~ totally in love with this place. As in, this is a spot the hubby and I(well, or whoever else I can bring with) will be coming back to in the future. We recently visited this adorable bistro for a date brunch. The weather was sunny and cool, the birds chirping, flowers blooming… it was just textbook perfection. The quaint charm of this little bistro definitely added to that appeal. The restaurant is a bit difficult to find since its kind of tucked away and on that long, bare road(377) but keep your eyes peeled for Old Town Blvd and turn into the circle there. Its in a group of old-fashioned, stone/brick buildings. So cute. The atmosphere is definitely homey with robin-egg-blue walls and fresh flowers on every table. They play light, soft music and have the scent of delicious treats and baked goods wafting in. We were here for breakfast so I ordered an egg-white omelet while DH got a banana-walnut pancake. Both were absolutely delicious! However, I would suggest ordered additional side items since the plates were pretty small. They also have home-made coffees/espressos and the best part is definitely the cupcakes :) Like I’ve said before, I’m a cupcake aficionado so if I’m rating this place well for their cupcakes, they’re incredible. Perfect size, moist, and plenty of interesting/unique flavors. I decided to go with my usual, red-velvet, while DH enjoyed a turtle cupcake. Both were yuuuuuuuuuuuummy. My only qualm would be the wait time(staff were running a little slow) but honestly, I’m guessing its all part of the experience in this cute, quaint bistro, so I wouldn’t knock a star off. Plus, they were all still friendly and courteous so no biggie. I definitely suggest this spot for a date or chill get-together with friends. Enjoy! (We’ll be telling our married/dating friends about this place, ASAP)

This place has great cupcakes, the day old is always as good as the fresh cupcakes. Only big negative is customer service. Don’t expect great or even good customer service when you go. I’ve gone multiple times and it never matters who is working the counter, customer service is lacking.

The only coffee shop for miles; if you’re in the area it’s worth stopping by! Coffee selections good, nice cupcakes and a light meal menu as well. Only gripe: it’s so frou frou! White and sea foam paint looked more appropriate for the white hairs, who coincidentally were all in Cachette playing cards. But you can take your food to the outside eating area, weather allowing. A nice little place.

Cute little café/bakery. I stopped in here for a casual job interview and was pretty happy with the atmosphere. I’m glad I got there early because it took them 15 minutes to make a latte. I got the feeling the staff was new and the shop had not figured out a rhythm yet. Once they get their timing right I would love to go their again for brunch(or maybe just a crazy delicious cupcake).

Darling place but you could pass it by and not even know it’s there! It’s off of 377, and they do have a banner, so be sure to look for it. I went for the first time today… just stopped by to see what they had. Cute dining area — bistro tables with white table cloths — perfect for breakfast and lunch. I had the three cheese grilled sandwich which was yummy and the Cachette salad. Perfect amount for lunch. Not cheap, but definitely worth it. They have lots of specialty teas/coffees/smoothes and other beverages. The cupcakes(baked fresh each morning on-site I was told) looked amazing! I’ll definitely try one on my next visit! If you live in the area, be sure to give it try. We have so few nice, locally owned, places left. Update: after three visits I knocked it down a star due only to service, which has been very slow and chaotic every time. Not sure what goes on behind the counter, but they could use some organization to help the service be more prompt.

OMG I am in love with this place. So far I have only been here once for a quick meet up with a friend to pick up some stuff. The little bistro is absolutely adorable in every day. I’d move in here if I could. It’s warm, cozy, welcoming, and filled with lots of light. There is just a happy, cheerful, and soothing vibe I got when I walked in. I totally can see myself coming here with my laptop and getting some serious work done while having a tasty light meal, a protein shake, some coffee, a spot of tea, and oh say, like 14CUPCAKES! They have the cutest looking cupcakes around. I was sad that I had to cut my meeting short due to a urgent call from my mom requiring me to rush home and help with my nephew. Otherwise, I was going to get a box, to take home. Oh well, it gives me an absolute MUST reason to come back … many times. Staff here was warm, friendly, attentive, and engaging. I really only got to talk to the manager, but she is just precious and sweet. So far, I’m smitten with this little establishment. It’s just what this little sleepy town of Argyle needs… a cute place to get a bite, get some joe, do some work, and hang out and chat. I can’t wait to write back more when I actually get to sample the cupcakes! If I could give this place a SUPERDUPER5+++ star rating, I would. I DO worry, that because of its location, this place may be overlooked and missed. It’s in a very cute new two story shopping center, with stone buildings. I have driven past the place for a year(*sniff* All this time I missed out). PLEASE make a point to give this place a try, so wonderful establishments like this don’t disappear. Even if its a bit out of the way, I think you’ll agree it’s special and worth it! Cachette is easy to miss when driving down 377. Look for the stone 2 story shopping center that almost looks like new homes or town homes. They do have a sign and a banner, but the buildings are just sat back rather far from the road. You might notice the sign on the adjacent building for«Noble Classic Homes», which is more prominent. Turn Onto Old Town Blvd, and head toward the Noble Classic Homes building, and then take a left into the shopping center parking lot. It’s also a very cute little shopping center once you get back into the parking lot.
