I stored my RV at this place for a few months. When I set up the account I put my bill on autopay with a credit card. During that time, my credit card company sent me a new card for security reasons. The storage company never notified me that the account was not payed. No bill, email, phone call… nothing. So the next time I go to get my RV out for a camping trip, the gate would not open. Called the emergency number, no answer. I also had an appointment the next morning at 8am to have some service done before the trip, so I called the emergency number the next morning and still no answer. Finally at 830am someone returned my call and informed me someone was in the office now and I could come by to get my RV. The office manager explained to me that if your bill is not payed by the first of the month the gate will immediately lock you out. I asked the office manager why I was not notified the bill was late because I had no idea that was why I had been locked out and she said they normally make a call and send a letter but they hadn’t done that yet bc it was only the 5th of the month. She was very rude and made no apologies for this huge inconvenience they had caused me. I notified them I would be vacating and taking my RV elsewhere. The air hose also doesn’t work and the dumping facility is just a hole in the ground. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
