Mansion Minders

This company is hideous. They placed a family in our home. We had many problems with the family. They had junk cars which leaked oil on driveway among many other problems. We cancelled the agreement with Mansion Minders.
The day the family was to move out, I learn the «minder» filed bankruptcy against me and the company AND refused to move out of my home!
Due to bankruptcy laws I was not allowed to speak with these deadbeats who would not leave my home.
I find out after discussions with The owner of Mansion Minders the deadbeat people which they placed in my home were their personal friends.
Finally the deadbeats leave my home and Mansion Minders refuse to reimburse me for legal fees for assisting to remove the Mansion Minder «squatters».
Brenda Platt, owner of this company never took responsibility for her company or their friends who would not leave my home. She chose to blame me and my real estate agent.
I also have copies of feedback from agents who toured my home and mentioned how trashed the home was.
On top of all of this, the «minders» did not put all the bills in their name according to contract. Of course according to the owner, this was my fault.
Worst business experience of my life.
