Without a doubt, this is absolutely the best small gym in the area. The coaches are the best, most knowledgeable and helpful I have ever worked with. I have learned more about proper technique and training in one evening than I learned in months and months of going to other crossfit gyms and large fitness centers. I still have a ways to go but I’ve shown vast improvement in strength and fitness over the last few months. I finally found the place to help me reach my goals.
