Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had scheduled a car a week in advance at enterprise… my car was going to be inthe shop due to someone hitting me, so my insurance covered the rent a car… when i went to pick up my car, it still had not arrived… i come back and hour later paid my 50 deposit than went to check out the car… everything was fine till i seen the car had expired tags… the enterprise guy wanted me to drive the car with expired tags, than when i refused he said he may could get me another car by the next day (my vehicle had to be in the shop that day). instead of enterprise trying to bring me another car i had to have a family member take me 40 miles to pick up a car, after i got there i was treated with absolute disrespect… never in my life have i ever had a headache like this… not even an apology i also called corporate and was supposed to get a call back from the regional manager and still have not heard from them… its been over a week! I will never use this place again!!!
