This is a typical Game Stop with all your gaming action. What makes it 5 stars is the quality service. Very nice people work here who at the very least pretend to care about the game you decide to talk about for 20 minutes. It’s never too crowded unlike a lot of other locations. Also it’s right by El Super. So you can buy your next game, and all the goodies you’re gonna snack on.

I just visited game stop in the city of Arleta. This was my first time visiting the store and I’m happy to say that my overall experience was very satisfying. The store manager, Edgar Luna, was beyond helpful. He took his time answering my questions and helped me understand the various types of game consuls I can choose from. He was also very patient, courteous and very respectful on multiple levels. This store is very fortunate to have this young man represent game stop, he’s an excellent asset to the company and has a great attitude. I’m very happy with the type of customer service I received and will certainly be back!!!

This 5 star is for Olga. She was very helpful in trying to help us find Mortal Kombat X Collectors Edition although they didn’t have it. Her customer service was awesome and she was nice! Thanks ! :)

Horrible service. Rude and uninformed about the product they sell. Employees rather be speaking to themselves about personal stuff than helping customers Which results in long lines and long wait times.

Before I started to write my review, I looked over to the right and saw a post from 2011 stating exactly what I was about to write! I guess it’s the same problem: The employees would rather do inventory than helping the customers. Still true… and it’s almost 2014 guys, make your customers a priority! Don’t make us feel like we’re bothering you.

Don“t go to this store at 10am when they should open they would rather be doing inventory than helping the customers. After standing in the rain for 15 minutes I left at 10:15 am with a sea of asses and elbows and no one to help the customers as my view. Phil
