Cold attitude and dishonest price. If you book flowers for an event, don’t just pay the sum they give you. Ask for the breakdown and do your own calculation. I would have been charged $ 120 more or 25 percents more than my real bill if I wasn’t quick at calculation. The second time they charged me $ 45 for a bouquet of 12 roses(the normal white and pink roses) which was quoted $ 30 – 32 on the phone. I am very surprised and disappointed that my first review that tells my full story with the business was filtered, as every single word in that review is from my true experience. I hoped to help others to avoid the problems that I encountered.

Like everything else I do, I waited until the last minute to get flowers to bring with me to Thanksgiving dinner. The owner was literally about to close shop when I walked in to get 2 bouquets. I told her my budget and she buzzed around the store hand selecting each flower and leafy accents to go in my arrangements. She wrapped them up beautifully. Two weeks later, the arrangement I brought to my stepmother is still as gorgeous as ever. The prices are high, but I greatly appreciated the level of customer service.

The store is not a good one. Service and there attitudes are horrible and the prices are bad. It is worth the little extra drive to another flourist.
