Amazing service! I went in looking for a «red hot buy» and they were out of stock. The manager found me an item that was similar but higher quality and more expensive. He still gave me the price of the red hot buy for a higher quality item. I was very pleased! Thanks Ace!

Ace is the place!
When you walk in, there’s always someone who greets you and always someone walking around to see if you need any help. With great advice on everything from lawn care to paint to home repair, they never make this city-​slicker feel stupid for asking what probably seem like stupid questions. They’ll take the time to help you find what you’re looking for and answer any questions you have about how to get the job done. Highly recommended!

Great service. The best service. Amazing service. «Why-did-we-ever-let-Home-Depot-get-so-big-you-can’t-find-an-employee-unless-you’re-having-a-seizure» customer service.
Always friendly and engaging, right from the moment you walk in.
Good at damage control, too — I had a car key cut here, and after a week or so it stopped working. I returned to inform an employee, and IMMEDIATELY he apologized profusely, cut me a new key, and walked out to the car to test it with me. It was free of charge, of course.
A month later I was in buying some paint thinner and the employee RECOGNIZED ME, and asked me how the new key was holding up. Amazing!
It may seem stupid to fall in love with a store over a $ 0.99 key, but dangit, this is a place where they act like they actually appreciate your business, and that means the world to a customer-​service snob like myself.
