Hi, I hired Chicagoland Builders after seeing a beautiful home addition that they did in our neighborhood. «Mike» and «Don» were enjoyable to deal with. They came out to our home, showed and thoroughly explained products and gave us a great price! We had our siding, windows, gutters, down spouts, etc. done by them. The work crew did very good work, and were clean and courteous. Our house turned out beautiful! We’ve received a ton of compliments from neighbors and friends! I would highly recommend Chicagoland Builders!

I had these guys re skin my deck last year with some beautiful Brazilian Ipe wood. In just one year, several boards have become warped and cupped. Ipe wood should not be doing this in only a year. I brought a handyman over to inspect and we found out that 20 screws have been cracked and not the right quality for this wood. I gave these guys the entire payment up front, which was a mistake. In addition, the warranty only covers a complete redo. Getting them to correctly oil the deck was impossible. Don’t throw your money away by calling these crooks.

Had Chicagoland give me an estimate for siding, seemed high but after other estimates I realized I had a lot of damage under my existing siding. With the existing structure repairs they still came in under budget and did a beautiful job. Thanks again. Customer for life, DN

These guys were Awesome!!! Had them do new roof, siding & gutters, house looks brand new, and the work quality was excellant. Very clean and thorough.
We had a bad storm one night which knocked out the power and there was standing water in my yard. I would have totally understood if they waited a day for the power to come back, and the water to recede. Not these guys, they got a generator, sloshed through the water and worked all day. THATS customer service.
